Very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased two t shirts which arrived at the post office but was unfortunately taken away as I was on holiday and didn’t collect in time (I wasn’t notified I had only 3 days to collect and normally it’s 7, but I appreciate this is also not Rapanui’s fault). I have confirmation that the items were returned to the sender yet I have not received a refund. I have contacted the support email over a week ago and I have had no response. It was an expensive purchase for me and it looks as though I won’t get my money back. I have shopped with Rapanui many times and every time it’s been perfect but I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service on this occasion.

Amazing customer service (as well as fabulous quality clothing!!). After an order I placed turned out to contain an item that was unavailable, Lily contacted me to apologise and then made sure my new order was processed super quickly and despatched first class to arrive in time for a birthday... huge thanks to Lily and Team.

Always very helpful and friendly, great returns and exchange process, go over and above. Clothing is very well priced for GOTS organic and lasts a long time. Lovely peeps 😁

Helpful customer service and easy to return/refund items if needed.

These are brilliant and beautiful T shirts that are well crafted and look as though they will last forever. At £10 a shirt the value is fantastic! The colours are deep and intense and collect admiring looks. What more can I say?

Returned poor quality items on the day after receiving them. Waited nearly a month for a refund only to be refunded the incorrect amount.

Support only contactable by email and they're unresponsive. Having to go via my card provider to do a charge back

There was a problem with my order. When I reached out to customer service, Helen helped me in the most correct and polite. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

Ordered two t-shirts for my husband's birthday and was cutting it a bit fine for them to arrive on time so emailed to check delivery estimate. Very prompt response confirming they indeed would, putting my mind at rest! Lovely, unusual and fun designs on the t-shirts and I like the sustainability focus :)

As always, rapid delivery, great clothes and easy returns if they're not quite right. I'm really chuffed with my new cord jacket (felt very stylish for my holiday) and sloppy hoodie, so cosy. Got new pants too! These are a different design to before and the jury's still out on whether I like them as much. I love that I can send old clothes to Rapanui for recycling, I will be doing that, when they eventually wear out!

Rapanui is a company I have been buying from for years and that’s because. Love their comfortable, soft, t-shirts, hoodies and jumpers.
That’s it. Their designs are good, ethical, and comfortable, so I recommend them highly.

Love this company!! Ethical and sustainable while still having cool designs (I find lots of sustainable clothing elsewhere can look look a bit bland). I have order from them a few times now.

Most recently, I had an issue with Royal Mail not delivering my order safely (I think it got stolen). I contacted Rapanui to explain the situation, thinking it would take weeks for them to do an enquiry into what happened with Royal Mail, but instead Helen (from the customer service team) sorted the issue within two emails and I got the order within a week of my initial email. Really appreciated the speed and ease of this process.

I love the boxy cut tshirts and I love that I'm not contributing to the mountains of clothing waste that are polluting beaches across the world. I have ordered several times from rapanui and the quality, service and value for money are all excellent. My new favourite online retailer!

They make good, solid basics that feel high-quality. Rapanui's ethos of reducing waste and being kinder to the planet is very important to me.

The customer service was great. My immediate problem couldn't be solved as i needed a tailoring fix, but Max went above and beyond, much appreciated!
