Teemill is great. I sent them an email and they got back to be very quickly. Anyone how has sent me an email from teemill have been so friendly and kind.

Sadly my parcel was delivered by royal mail,who left it in plain sight and it was stolen. I got in touch with Teemill, to explain what had happened, they replied promptly and were very understanding.The best customer support I've had in a very long time. I would highly recommend this company

I love both of the t- shirts that I purchased. These were fulfilled by Teemill who were happy to answer a query I had about a payment. This was responded to promptly and as it transpired was my mistake.

Teemil have got a really innovative model that they are sharing with small businesses like mine.
The quality of the clothing and printing is great. Their print and delivery to my end customers is excellent and they have handled returns without any fuss.

A really enjoyable design process all round. I am using Teemill to create merchandise for our bell ringing group at the local church and have started to expand into creating more general t-shirt designs for the wider public. I find it very easy to upload the designs and choose the products to put them on, and those who have purchased the results are very happy with them. I'll continue expanding the range of designs and look forward to continuing to work with Teemill as the ideas start to flow!

Fantastic customer service. Within an hour of contacting their customer service they had corrected my order and got it in the post to ensure I made an important deadline.

The selection of sizes is extensive. While the initial sizings for men were limited at the time, this is not the case now and the collection continues to evolve in both variety and scope. The craftsmanship of each piece remains unmatched.

Ordering from the website was easy. But my package never arrived. They use a courier to send overseas. I wonder if they had used the normal Royal mail service whether I'd be wearing my t-shirt that I did so hope to receive. They were quick to respond and refund me.

Royal Mail lost original order but Teemill were very helpful in organising a replacement.

I requested an exchange that never came. The delivery fee was expensive enough that I didn't bother reordering the item. I emailed their customer service team and got an auto reply saying they would get back to me. They never did. It feels like they just don't care.

Katie was super-helpful at recognising the missing piece in my integration set up. The reason for the average score, is that it took a lot of backs and forths with different colleagues giving me stock answers, before she consolidated all my support requests into one helpful answer. (Ticket 15590)

This was my first time working with Teemill and I’m so glad I found them. I was looking to buy a Peaky Blinders tee shirt. There are plenty of vendors online but Teemill products appeared to be far superior than others. Couple of days after placing my order I needed to cancel it and Teemill was so accommodating by helping me navigate to the proper area to request a refund online (specifically Helen). Based on the quality of their merchandise it didn’t surprise me that their level of service was as good as their product. I will return to Teemill for future purchases.
