We just had a corner sofa and dining table delivered, unpacked and put together by Lee and David from Housing Units. They arrived, put sheets down, told us to go and put our feet up and they would sort it all out, which they did. They were extremely polite, friendly and efficient, a credit to Housing Units. We are extremely happy with our furniture.

My table is beautiful & Lee and David did a fantastic job of delivering it. Would highly recommend housing units

7 chairs arrived perfectly on time. No issues with delivery and positioned straight into our dining room

Updated 09/10/2026 Housing units have now offered to replace the chairs and hopefully this will resolve the issues.
Updated to a 3 star review (From 1 star) and assuming this works I will upgrade the rating after 6 months if appropriate.

We bought a set of 6 x Stockholm low back chairs from them in March 2025 They have now been repaired 3 times and the company that did the repair says they will keep failing due to a manufacturing fault.
HU refuse to do anything other than send somebody to reglue each time they fail.

Latest visit from the chair technicians was today and they again said this will fail again.

The staff in store are excellent but the customer service is very unhelpful and don't want to help.
I have spent thousand with HU but no more!
Next stage is going to the small claims with them.

Correspondence with company was excellent from placing order till delivery

Easy process from start to end

A last resort in the hopes for a response. Day 1 of posting until Housing Units responds and resolves.

Housing Units has my £2,318.40 AND the chandelier. Still no refund.

Ordered on 30 December 2025. The chandelier was returned and collected by DPD on 20 May 2026 after a return/refund was agreed.

Housing Units now has the product back and still has my £2,318.40.

I raised a formal complaint and received a response on 16 July. It is now October and I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

Nearly 10 months since I placed the order, I’m left chasing a company that has both my money and the returned goods.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

BE AWARE. The response below from customer care is simply untrue. Richard the store manger hasn’t responded to my email since the 16th July. I asked for the items to be returned with my replacement order of bar stools that where also faulty with uneven legs and you suggested we will just fit a washer on the bottom to stop them wobbling?! You have NOT contacted me since. Further more you hold recordings that I asked to be shared upon my right to access my own data GDPR, clipped recordings that suit your narrative. At no point did I ask for the Tina light to be returned or refunded you had to send me out 6 new shades as they where cracked and faulty. The quality of your products are not only unsatisfactory but your customer service is even more unprofessional.

House unit was fantastic i ordered 4 chairs in the sale which are stunning and fabulous quality would of been happy paying full price their that good quality, they arrived sooner than I was expecting 😀 which never happens 😀 will definitely buy from here again ,not one to leave reviews but felt I had too as everything was brilliant

Quality furniture, we already have the matching coffee table, just taken delivery for the dining table and are waiting for delivery of the matching sideboard (made to order)
Sales staff (ordered over the phone) and delivery guys were very friendly, organised and helpful

Beware of this company !!! Table had a chip in it there was not of satisfactory quality. We contacted company as soon as we saw this to inform them they was very unhelpful and said they would not do anything due to any faults having to be reported within 48 hours of receiving product. We didn’t report in 48 hours because 1. We didn’t know this was a thing - most company’s if an item is faulty you get a replacement or a partial refund/refund! 2. We opened chairs first which were also faulty and parts did not fit. So we then had to wait for someone to come and resolve this issue, therefore did not start putting table together as why would we with no chairs. When I explained this to company they just ignored me. Very unhappy with service.
