Jumpsuits are nice

The jumpsuit ordered was of reasonable quality. I'm 5ft 8 and it was long enough in the leg for me to wear with very small heels. I hope the company introduces a bigger ranger of patterns and colours in the future.

Good Service

Received really quickly, unfortunately I had to send one of the dresses back and this was refunded very smoothly

Be warned that next day delivery is prior to 1pm order

I ordered and paid for next day delivery, but it didn’t state on that page that if you order after one it doesn’t despatch until the next working day. So if Friday afternoon it won’t be despatched until Monday, so delivered Tuesday at the earliest. This should be made clear on the payment page, not be told we should read terms and conditions

The jacket I ordered in large on their own measurements stated this would be a 16, but was definitely not, my daughter who is a 14/16 even found it small. I love their skirts though, so comfortable and great they have pockets. Their tee shirts are also fab, will just be wary of their jacket sizing

Disappointing product

I have bought several of these dresses over the years and been impressed by the quality, cut and style of them. I bought one a couple of years ago but returned it as it was far too long, gaped at the bust and the fabric felt flimsy and cheap. I tried again but had to return the dress for all of the above reasons. It’s such a pity.

We're so sorry you've had this experience. I can see that you've bought this dress a few times over the years, and as it is one of our best-selling styles, it is in continuous production. We haven't made any design changes with this one as it works really well as it is, however as we have been producing it for so many years, sometimes there can be slight differences in the rolls of fabric. However we test all of our rolls before we put them into production (all done locally in the UK), and we do ensure that the fabric is the same quality and at 200gsm so the feel shouldn't differ too much from batch to batch.
