NON-EXISTED CSR, and overall awful experience, they sent me wrong dresses, not fitting as per their sizing, in COTTON vs advertised polyester, 4 sizes bigger than advertised . Yes I read your sizing and measurements on your site, I am aware these are UK sizes, YOUR MEASUREMENTS ARE WRONG in regards to your sizes!! Not every american is stxxx as you think.. They did NOT respond to ANY of my many csr emails to get a free return label, as free returns was advertised, thus FORCING ME TO PAY international shipping back to not miss the return window, and waste 2 weeks of my time. SHAME on this company. When you mistreat customers , you dig a grave for your biz. Instead of EVER RESPONDING to my emails this company ONLY posts responses to reviews that make NO sense! Your fabric is NOT polyester, its PAJAMA COTTON. and your lack of CSR or ethics is appaling. Hope you find God and start treat ppl with a GOLDEN RULE - as YOU WANT TO BE TREATED . PLEASE refund in full and immediately + $21 I spent on shipping back as you LIE about free returns also as you lie about your products.

Hi Anna,
As explained via email last week, you had ordered the incorrect size for the 3 dresses. We are a UK based company, and our sizes are standard UK sizing. We also have size guides on the product images so that customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. The dresses you bought were the Jersey Maxi Dress, as you can tell by the name, the material on this dress is jersey, the blend we use is 95% polyester, 5% elastane - also as described on the website. We actually don't have any cotton blends in our collection, so this would be pretty difficult to mix up.
Of course, mistakes do happen, and customers may accidentally order the incorrect size/colour which we're always happy to swap. However has you order had already been dispatched internationally, there is little we can do. We do offer refunds, however for international customers you would need to send the items back to us, as we are only able to provide free returns for UK orders at the moment, as detailed on our delivery and returns page.
Lastly, we do not delete any reviews, we do not have the capability to do this, nor would we want to as we appreciate all honest feedback. If Trustpilot finds your review inauthentic, they remove them as they see fit, however we do not have access to this.

Lovely jumpsuit

Beautiful skirt but it's too big
Beautiful skirt but it's too big, so I will have to return the skirt. The quality of the garment is very special, I already have 2 hot Squash skirts, so that shows how much I enjoy your garments.

This dress is so comfortable
This dress is so comfortable. It doesn’t crease. It has pockets! I wore mine to travel long haul and it was perfect for travelling.
The only negative I have is that the colour leaved onto my underwear (ruining it) and the top of my socks. It really spoilt my experience of it. Did not expect it to do that considering it is quite expensive.

Disappointing Quality | Not Worth the Price
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The quality of the fabric and stitching was nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. Even with the discount applied, the dress was still overpriced for what I received. It felt cheap and did not justify the cost at all. I had to return it, which was another inconvenience. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

The product is poor quality and not worth the money
The product is not worth the money you charge at over £120!!! The jumpsuit is two different fabrics and the colours do not match. The sizing is not standard, lucky I checked, but I bet lots of people don’t and get a very small garment. I am so disappointed in the quality and standard of this jumpsuit, it’s no better than a temu or shein creation.

All of our garments are made in the UK, using local factories and suppliers, so we have a very good overview of our entire production line, and have quality control checks in place to ensure situations like this do not occur.
