I’ve been a loyal Hot Diamonds customer for years, but my recent order has really let me down. I ordered three rings for Mother’s Day, all in size O (one listed as “Large” but equivalent to O). When they arrived, only one was the correct size. The “Large” ring was nowhere near a Large, and the size L didn’t fit either.
Mistakes happen, but the real issue was the customer service response. Instead of an apology or a solution, I received a sarcastic email saying “All the rings in your order should be in the letter size O… I appreciate this can be confusing” along with a screenshot of my own order. Completely unnecessary and very unprofessional.
After escalating and copying in senior staff, the tone changed immediately and they offered replacements — which is all that was needed in the first place. But by then the experience was already soured and the Mother’s Day gifts were ruined. I returned everything and cancelled the replacements.
A real shame, as I’ve never had a problem with them before. This experience has made me rethink shopping with Hot Diamonds in future.

Box arrived today. Beautiful packaging well protected. Put some gemstones inside the glass locket as the clasp was strong and hard to open. We felt it was safe to keep stones inside on show. Took a photo and carried on our day. One hour later noticed front glass missing and no gemstones. Do not keep keepsakes in this locket.

Beautifully packaged love locket and great discounts and offers, but the product quality was not so great and loads of marketing mails. The glass fell out of the locket in less than a week, risking loss of an expensive diamond charm brought elsewhere. I am awaiting a response and some reassurances about the locket. If it’s resolved and reassurance are satisfactory, I’m happy to delete/amend my review.
EDIT - Hot Diamonds have been in touch within 24 hours if contact and offered to replace the faulty locket, which I’ll test before giving back to the gift recipient. Demonstated good customer service.

Just received my perfect replacement MOP ring.
Thank you to the team as a gesture of goodwill having replaced my 2 year old ring where the stone had come out. Reached out to them with my disappointment. so happy With a positive outcome .

My husband bought me some earrings for my birthday. I opened up the parcel and it was empty, the earring box contained no earrings. The bag had not been opened since arriving from the courier and the packaging was in perfect condition so it had not been tampered with. The empty box and all the lovely packaging (gift bag, tissue paper etc) was all we got. So I would not recommend them because they send out empty boxes for people to open on their birthdays.

I placed an order on April 1st with high hopes for prompt delivery. Now three weeks and I haven’t received them. After reaching out to customer service, they assured me of next-day delivery, but that promise remains unfulfilled. over ten days later, I'm still left empty-handed. To add insult to injury, I was informed that one of the items I ordered is now unavailable. The lack of communication and failure to meet delivery expectations have left me extremely dissatisfied with this service.

Customer service second to none!!!! All companies should have customer service like this!!! Jewellery is beautiful, superior quality for the price and and beautifully packaged, contacted customer service and they literally couldnt do enough to help! Made a loyal customer out of me and these guys should train other companies in custoner service! Amazing

I bought a necklace recently from a store, unfortunately the chain broke after wearing twice (a slight kink was in the chain). Due to no stock at the store I contacted HD direct, the response was quick and the replacement chain arrived within 3 days. What fantastic customer service, more companies should give this support. Amazing, I will continue to purchase HD, I have quite a few pieces already and thoroughly recommend.

I bought a hot diamonds glass locket and was very happy with the quality. 9 months later l dropped it and broke the glass on one side. I emailed the company to see if they carried out repairs. They responded immediately to tell me they did not, but to return it to them and they may be able to replace it. I did so and received a new locket within days, free of charge. I have never ever had this excellent service from any other company.

I am not one for buying on-line however I already have a bracelet from the HOT diamonds collection.
This time the ear rings came well packed for transit. After opening the outer box the ear rings were packed as a gift. What a delight to have and appeared to be packed with love.
