Was responsive, professional and thorough on my inspection.

Dennis came to my house a couple days ago, explained what he was doing and why, and got the job done, quickly and professionally
Dennis was a nice guy and the company can now see this
No issues with him or hoopers. You may want to look at your emails a bit more though

When assessor arrived at my home 🏡 address I thought it was quite comical tbh with you because he parked right across my drive. He assessed my car 🚘 and had to let me out of my own house 🏡 because I didn't have my key 🔑 to get out initially to open my car 🚘 but as it happened, my car 🚘 was open. Not a very good thing to do whilst leaving your car 🚘 on the drive, lol .....😝 he came he didn't really introduce himself but was there to just do a job and as far as I'm aware the assessment was made but the third-party that were involved in the collision / very minor appeared to be claiming for more than what they should've been claiming for which is very naughty, I was hit with a hefty excess £ *** 💴 and for next time if I am ever in a RTA collision of any kind whilst driving on the road 🛣️ & I come across the situation ever again I will use the body shop or repairs of my own Insurance body shop repairs reason being it puts more of a hefty bill 💵 on your excess 😊😌 lesson to be learned 😩

Very happy with service and outcome. Engineer from Hoopers, appointed by my insurers, arrived as arranged and examined the screen. He was very courteous and took time to listen to my concerns. advising that he needed to do some research before reporting to the insurers. Two days later I got a call from my insurers confirming I could get an original Mercedes screen fitted at their expense. In summary my 6 month old Mercedes was fitted with an “after market “ replacement windscreen without discussion with me. I discovered such windscreens, while similar, are ultimately inferior to the original.

The appointed assessor was not interested!!

He arrived just within the 8-1 pm window thats fine.
He did not listen to anything i had to say.A Motorbike is highly tuned vehicle. Being involved in a 3 impact crash warranted more than a few photos on an ipad.

He did not even walk all the way around the bike.

I have used Hoopers many years ago on another motorbike. The service then was first class.

On this occasion the visit was totally and utterly unacceptable as an ispection.

I am an automotive engineer and ran a garage and bodyshop for 20 years.

I'm absolutely shocked by the lack of information gather and the failure to walk round the vehicle and lack of information gathering.
This was almost a week ago and
I have heard nothing.

I would ask someone from Hoopers to make contact with me.
I believe the wrong assessor was sent to my bike. I know they are much more capable than this.

They were appointed as an independent engineer, I will be refuteing this, what not more than a visit to take a few photos.

It's left me with yet more stress having to deal with this while trying to recovery from injuries and surgery through no fault of my own.

Hoopers have completely undervalued my vehicle figures are completely off now vehicle is sitting causes more issues. Hoopers are favourable to the insurance company that have called them out they are not doing their job correctly. Avoid hoopers at all costs and know if they are the engineers called out to inspect car expect discrepancies in their report.

I was explained to about the options available for claim. Explained to about that needs to be done and possible cost of repairs.

​I want to provide feedback regarding my recent vehicle inspection by Dave. Dave was a lovely person and very professional during the visit; I have no complaints about his conduct or his helpfulness in person.
​However, the final valuation provided for my 2021 Honda SH125i at £2,170 is fundamentally wrong. It is over £1,000 below the current retail market. I have clear evidence from Sutton Motorcycles showing an identical 2021 model retails for £3,199.
​As I use this bike to Study the Knowledge of London, I require a reliable replacement from a main dealer with a guarantee. I cannot accept a private sale valuation with no honesty or warranty. I hope Hoopers can review Dave’s professional report and correct this figure to reflect the true £3,100+ dealer market value.

Lovely man arrived first thing that morning. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand the process. Well done 👏 very impressed.

I only have negative things to say, and the man you sent just made up some stuff so as to charge me more, and refused to understand the circumstances and what had actually happened in favour of trying to save the insurance company some money, he was also being argumentive so I had to end the call with him.
Do not trust these scammer assessors.

Very pleased so far .not sure whether my car will be repaired or not ,he was sure it would be repaired. My only concern is we live in a very rural area and he suggested that I take my car to a repairers of my choice .but my car is not drivable due to a rear broken light and a rear bumper that's flapping like a bird wing 🙃 see what transpires but so far a good service

Cowboys and scammers. NOT AT ALL "independent".

This company are just actors for the insurers, driving down the value of cars to ensure that scummy insurance companies always win and don't pay out their fair share. What's worse is that the "engineer" who came to check mine was so underhand and snide, pretending to be impartial and asking questions, thinly veiled attempts to undermine my (non-fault) claim after their clients lorry inexplicably smashed into my car for no reason. He also fed me a load of jargon rubbish trying to convince me that my car was worthless now and I'd have to accept £300. Lol. Absolutely disgraceful. Shame on you for being puppets for these big insurance firms. I'd hate to do your job - no morals or justice, just conning people for a big corporate. Well done!
