Lovely table, arrived just after a week and the fitters put it up in about 45 minutes nice one guys

I contacted Home Leisure Direct after speaking to a friend who recommended them.
Placed order through sales after speaking to Dan who guided me through the buying/selecting the right pool table for my circumstances.
I was kept up to date with progress and confirmed deliver date.
Table arrived on time delivered by two great guys who installed the table and talked me through some hints and tips on looking after it.The table is a Tournament Pro 7” and it looks great just what I had in mind.
I am delighted with the service I have received and wouldn’t hesitate to use Home Leisure Direct again and indeed recommend them to others.

Our experience started with a phone call with a friendly and knowledgeable advisor. We were invited to the showroom to see and try the pool tables. Excellent one to one service during our visit and we left with a much better idea of what we wanted.
We ordered online and had delivery within 2 weeks.
During that period, Callum kept in contact and answered all of our questions. The installation team were very professional.
The table is fantastic. Can’t fault it.
The only niggle is that we had to settle for a cloth that was in stock to get a quick delivery. The colour we actually wanted had a lead time of 8-10 weeks which is not what it says on the website.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience visiting the Home Leisure Direct showroom, all thanks to the incredible service we received from Callum. From the moment we met him, Callum was nothing short of brilliant.
He was incredibly attentive, supportive, and knowledgeable, offering us genuinely great advice without ever being pushy for an instant sale. He patiently worked through a number of options with us until we were completely settled on our final order, which included both a pool table and an arcade machine.
Callum also excelled in his follow-up. He sent us an email as promised, even arranging for specific pool cloth samples to be sent directly to us. Throughout the waiting period for our delivery, he kept us consistently updated, and he followed up immediately upon the completion of our order to ensure everything was perfect.
We are so grateful for Callum's support and truly appreciate the great experience he provided. He's a credit to Home Leisure Direct!

I've had nothing but a great experience with HLD - from the moment I finally placed the order the communication was excellent, I even made a change after ordering which was handled without any issues. The fitters, Tyrone and Nathan were brilliant - the guys had a challenge when they arrived as the van's tyre was got a puncture but it didn't fluster them at all, table was positioned exactly as requested, they explained everything to me in regards to maintaining the table etc. and I couldn't wait to have a frame or two! 5 star experience.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a new pool table in March 2025. Promised delivery in May. They cocked up the order and promised to rectify it in June. It's now 11 July and we've still not got the pool table we have paid for. Numerous phone calls and false promises later and still no further forward. I cannot speak with a manager or make a verbal complaint and I am told delivery may now be August!!! Do not trust this company. Do not part with your money or waste your time.

The whole experience with Home Leisure has been amazing from originally visiting their showroom where I was provided a detailed overview of the different tables to delivery and install of my new pool table. The new pool table is simply amazing.

I was able to obtain advice from Jake about which pool table to choose and the options available. Everything went smoothly and the delivery and installation took place without any issues. Happy with the product and the service received.

After a lot of deliberation we decided to get a pool table and chose Home Leisure Direct, the showroom near Avonmouth is only 30 minutes away from us which is a bonus. After being shown around the great selection by Sam who has good product knowledge we opted for the Signature Chester Pool Dining Table with the Smart Silver Cloth, Aramith spots and stripes balls and benches. Lead time was 2-4 weeks, it arrived just under 5 weeks which was no problem.
The delivery team of Tyrone and Nathan installed the table with no issues, they gave us an enthusiastic run through of the do’s and don’ts, and how to look after it. They also took all the packaging with then which is not always the case. A superb all round service provided by Home Leisure Direct.

Thank you to the whole team at Home Leisure Direct, from the Sales Executive, Rob, who reached out to me while I was still unsure as to what I wanted, through to our fitters, Tyrone & Nathan, who did a fantastic, fast and tidy job of installing the pool table that we opted for.
For somebody with only an idea of mine to go off, Rob took the time over email and then over the phone to guide me through the products available, and then tailored the advice to my specific needs. There was no pressure, only expert advice, and this allowed me to make informed decisions to bring that idea to life.
The table itself was to be put into an incomplete outside building at the time of ordering. The team made sure that delivery did not take place until our building was constructed. This was a big concern prior to ordering, and honestly it was quickly made into just a factor that didn't cause any fuss. We were put at ease and are still now appreciative of this.
The table itself, along with our accessories, is top quality and as a family we have already spent countless hours of fun with friends. We couldn't be happier and I would strongly recommend getting in touch to learn more and put through an order.
