Good service from Callum when I visited the showroom and the Table delivered plays superb

A great service from start to finish. Very helpful with advice before buying and a very smooth delivery and a fantastic product. Extremely pleased with my new pool table and looking forward to many years of playing it.

I was able to obtain advice from Jake about which pool table to choose and the options available. Everything went smoothly and the delivery and installation took place without any issues. Happy with the product and the service received.

After a lot of deliberation we decided to get a pool table and chose Home Leisure Direct, the showroom near Avonmouth is only 30 minutes away from us which is a bonus. After being shown around the great selection by Sam who has good product knowledge we opted for the Signature Chester Pool Dining Table with the Smart Silver Cloth, Aramith spots and stripes balls and benches. Lead time was 2-4 weeks, it arrived just under 5 weeks which was no problem.
The delivery team of Tyrone and Nathan installed the table with no issues, they gave us an enthusiastic run through of the do’s and don’ts, and how to look after it. They also took all the packaging with then which is not always the case. A superb all round service provided by Home Leisure Direct.

Thank you to the whole team at Home Leisure Direct, from the Sales Executive, Rob, who reached out to me while I was still unsure as to what I wanted, through to our fitters, Tyrone & Nathan, who did a fantastic, fast and tidy job of installing the pool table that we opted for.
For somebody with only an idea of mine to go off, Rob took the time over email and then over the phone to guide me through the products available, and then tailored the advice to my specific needs. There was no pressure, only expert advice, and this allowed me to make informed decisions to bring that idea to life.
The table itself was to be put into an incomplete outside building at the time of ordering. The team made sure that delivery did not take place until our building was constructed. This was a big concern prior to ordering, and honestly it was quickly made into just a factor that didn't cause any fuss. We were put at ease and are still now appreciative of this.
The table itself, along with our accessories, is top quality and as a family we have already spent countless hours of fun with friends. We couldn't be happier and I would strongly recommend getting in touch to learn more and put through an order.

Purchased a Signiture Warwick pool dining table from Home Lesiure Direct,paid a little extra for installation which was well worth it. The quality of the table is fantastic, as was the service. The guys who delivered and installed it were brilliant, they made sure it was in the best place by measuring the room and showed me how to maintain and level the table, I can highly recommend this company and would certainly use again.

Purchased a Rasson Apollo pool table from Home Leisure direct. We made an appointment and drove from the Midlands down to the show room and was greeted by their staff who were very pleasant and helpful . We then tried out the table before purchasing. I’ve just bought the arcade Challenger Max which is the new bit of kit and I can say that I’m extremely happy. The pool table we purchased from Home Leisure was amazing, the build and finish quality was what you would expect for a 4k table, the guys who installed it were quick, clean and polite, we are very happy with the purchase and the professionalism of the company.

I initially emailed the company asking about delivery times, and Jake replied quickly with plenty of information, he listed all the tables that they had in stock so I knew which version of the table to buy so it would arrive quickly.

The delivery was as smooth as ever, the live tracking of the order is brilliant, you don't have to hang around all day waiting just in case, you know when the table will arrive (approximately) which is great.

I paid for installation and the 2 lads that did it Chris and Jake were brilliant.

I genuinely can't fault the company at all, the whole process of buying the table was smooth and easy.

Would recommend anyone use them.

Overall I’m very impressed with Home Leisure. Easy to order, pool table is as good as it looked on the photos and Neil & Aaron did a great job installing it. Painless and perfect. Now for some fun.

We bought a 7ft Signature Sexton Pool Dining Table from Home Leisure Direct. It took a while from ordering to delivery. However, we are over the moon. We got the Royal Navy cloth which is such a great colour it looks very smart. We are not using at as a dining table. Its only purpose is as a pool table. It gets lots of use every day. As a piece of furniture, it is sophisticated and fits in really well. The oak colour matches our other oak furniture. I would recommend this table and Home Leisure Direct. The delivery team took their time to assemble and ensure the table was level and in the right place. Thank you
