Listen people …. Start looking into the small prints of Holland cooper before you buy or order anything .
They take the transaction straight away it’s been over 10 days and they still don’t know if they have my trainers bk .
It’s a shit show I will never ever order from them again honestly this is what companies do advertise big but when it comes to returns , damages you will not hear from them until you send 100 emails across the board .
I’m not in process of reporting them to ombudsman so they can step in to help . A simple return with my side of proof, sending , receiving and their answer is we don’t know 🤦♀️I’ll make sure people are aware of my experience def won’t be buying from them there are other companies that have a better approach , simple return and great communication all the way . It’s a NO from me

I absolutely love the product
I absolutely love the product, everything about the brand is top quality!!
Unfortunately as the pieces are so expensive a try before you buy option would work really well as the return process is so unbelievably slow, it's a shame because it puts me off ordering more or even multiple sizes to try on.
Your customer care is particularly disappointing, can’t get through by phone and email response takes days if at all, not what you'd expect from a high end brand

disappointing customer service and…
disappointing customer service and weirdly missing return items problem. I requested return of three items and send one parcel out with the courier HC provided me. After fews days I saw refund of one item only which concerned me so I immediately contacted customer service to check. The response was rest items could be in transit or refund is being processed and I need to wait certain amount of days. I followed up a few times and kept getting same response. I also tried to call but never manage to get through. One and half months after my return I escalated the issue by email and that's when someone finally picked up the and looked into it. Then I was told there's only one item in the return parcel and the other two items never arrived! Its such a weird situation and this is the first time this happened to me! Its been a couple of days now and no one ever comes back to me again for further investigation or bother explain why it takes so long and multiple chaser to find it out.

Trying to return an item but via collect doesn’t recognise the return number. Tried online chat, absolutely useless. Called Cheltenham store to see if they could help, voicemail! Also had to chase my order after 4 days.
Customer service useless.

excellent quality and great style
I own a number of items now from Holland Cooper and I love the quality and uniqueness of the clothing ranges.
The service is excellent and the packaging makes the whole experience feel special. On the one occasion I had to return a blazer for a larger size the process was speedy and seamless! HC is my go to website now for every occasion!

Boutique Visits
I am lucky enough to be able to visit the Holland Cooper Boutique in Cheltenham and on visits there I have bought some gilets, several shirts and fleeces. The staff there are really great, the quality of their garments very high and the whole shopping experience is first class.

I absolutely adore the Holland Cooper…
I absolutely adore the Holland Cooper clothing range. My wardrobe is brimming with it! I feel wonderful when wearing the clothing; be it The Trench, a blazer (I have many!), a heritage rugby top or the lovely footwear. I cannot fault the service. Returns are super easy and refunds very swift. I have regular updates via WhatsApp before certain products are launched, which is handy because certain products sell out quickly! I'm really happy with HC and Jade is an absolute Legend! Such an inspiration.

Refund process is slow
Update to my comments below: customer care actioned the refunds and responded on the same day after I contacted them about my outstanding refunds. I am grateful for and appreciate the quick response. Thank you HC.
Refund process is painfully slow. Returned two items two weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Other companies notify you when they receive your return, keep you updated and typically refund within a week. Customers don’t want to have to chase for refunds. I used to love HC but I feel its processes have seriously declined as HC attempts to expand into selling everything under the sun and are forgetting the importance of customer service and customer loyalty

Great products until you need aftercare
I have bought 4 knits, 7 jeans, 1 belt, chamoix, Pearson and light weight jackets, 3 shirts the quality/style of the items is fabulous. The refund process (done twice is very poor and slow)). The big disappointment for me is the after care process, conflicting information, AI responses are terrible. I was gifted a belt £169, it was a gift from someone who was terminally ill (now very sadly deceased) the dark loop broke after a handful of wears, I asked for a new loop, they don’t do that!! So a replacement? Well they can only do that if I give the full details of the person (due to circumstances I am un willing, I now have a useless belt at a cost of 169 which is very very sentimental to me such poor service (they just keep saying it doesn’t fit our refund policy!! ) surely there could be discretion. I must have sent 20 emails on the situation.

Absolutely beautiful clothes & accessories
I am a confessed Holland Cooper junkie. Ever since I purchased my first item three years ago I was completely hooked. I have purchased coats, jeans, dresses, jumpers & don’t get me started on the bags & footwear. Every item is top quality with lovely details. They are true to size & a great fit. The customer service is second to none. I’ve only ever sent one thing back & that was because I accidentally ordered the wrong leg length on a pair of jeans. Customer service were fantastic & processed the refund very quickly. Very happy customer 😊
