I received a notification that an item was back in stock and ordered it. The item came next day and was wrapped beautifully and in a secure package.
The item itself was just superb quality.
Really pleased.
The Country Longline Fleece is just perfect! I love it. Although not living in GB nor EU, delivery was very easy.

Although I unfortunately never received my order due to a courier issue, I still wanted to leave a review because Holland Cooper handled the situation professionally from start to finish.
The parcel issue was investigated properly, communication throughout was clear and polite, and once the courier confirmed the parcel had been lost in transit, I was immediately offered either a replacement sent via express delivery or a full refund without needing to argue or endlessly chase for a resolution.
Things can occasionally go wrong with delivery services, but what matters is how a company responds afterwards — and Holland Cooper dealt with the issue efficiently, professionally and with genuine accountability.
A very positive customer service experience despite the inconvenience.

I had some shorts for at least two years and ended up loosing the two front buttons….not a design fault just scraped them off whilst out and about. The fantastic customer service team kindly sent me replacements. Very happy customer

Terrible company, do not order any thing online from them! I paid over £100 for a pair of jeans they didn’t bother to send to me. I had to fight to receive them. After 4-5 wks I eventually got them. I sent a top back that cost £49, unworn, with labels attached etc and they said they had not received it. I’m now fighting to get my refund! I will not be ordering from them again. Absolute nightmare of a company! Stay away from them.

My first time ordering from Holland Cooper and I will return. I ordered some sling back shoes. They were beautifully packaged and looked gorgeous but one of the buckles kept opening. I needed them for a specific event so it was time sensitive. I called to explain and see what could be done. Delightful friendly staff were so helpful I was blown away. They sent a replacement pair immediately which I’ve just received. They are perfect. I’m so impressed with the quality and standard of this brand. How wonderful to actually speak to a human and then when you call again to speak to same person. A pleasure to shop with you and thank you so much for getting this sorted for me so quickly.

Thought this company was just for people in the equestrian circle. How wrong I was. First purchase was a jumper loved it good quality and feels great,ordered the chocolate flared jeans to go with it really loved them too. I am nearly 70 years old and I think they do some fabulous casual wear will definitely be ordering more.

As a business women please can I advise you to listen to your customers before you end up in administration: you’ve outsourced overseas. I’ve now had a couple of bad experiences with your product quality including most recently a jumper which elbow patches leaked to make an ivory jumper stained pink. First you see the complaints, you ignore them because as a growing business you see increased profits. But your customers are increasingly frustrated with a cheaper quality product and the same price, they stop coming back because they are getting one or two wears out of a garment due to issues.
And your customer service department are unaccountable regardless of the thousands I for example have spent
Then that will hit you suddenly.
You need to return to quality. Return to the uk. If you market this, you will save your company. If you don’t, it will not be here in 5-10 years maximum

Great Instagram presence by the owner herself. Poor customer service in practice. In the end, what truly makes a brand luxurious is not the aesthetic or the marketing, but how it treats its loyal customers when problems arise.
I had admired Holland Cooper for years and, over time, became a loyal customer, eventually reaching Platinum VIP status with the brand. Unfortunately, I have now experienced two separate and significant customer service failures within a relatively short period, which have fundamentally changed my perception of the company.
The first incident arose between November 2025 and January 2026, when a straightforward international return became trapped in weeks of unanswered emails, automated responses, and a lack of operational follow-through before a refund was finally processed months later. The return parcel had already reached the United Kingdom and was awaiting instruction from Holland Cooper, yet repeated follow-ups produced virtually no meaningful response until the matter was escalated to the brand owner herself. She responded once to my husband via Instagram and then disappeared entirely from the process. The issue was ultimately resolved only after prolonged escalation and significant unnecessary stress for what should have been a routine return.
After some hesitation, I decided to give the brand another opportunity and placed another substantial order in March 2026. Regrettably, the second experience proved even more concerning.
Part of the order was delivered correctly, including shirts and a waistcoat. However, two bespoke items never arrived. From the outset, the situation was confusing because Holland Cooper’s own systems continued to reflect the items as “Waiting for details,” “Preparing these items for shipping,” and only partially fulfilled. Even the Shop app linked to the order showed no meaningful shipment progression for those items.
When I eventually raised the issue, Holland Cooper abruptly shifted position and relied on a strict 14-day reporting policy, asserting that the items had allegedly been delivered weeks earlier. The problem, however, is that I could not reasonably have reported a “missing delivery” sooner because the company’s own website and systems continued to indicate that the shipment details were still pending. At the time of purchase, the jacket itself was not even available and appeared to require production before dispatch, which made the ongoing “preparing for shipment” status entirely believable.
What was especially frustrating was that the alleged tracking information for the disputed items had never actually been shared with me through either Holland Cooper’s website or the Shop app during the relevant period. Only after escalation did the company suddenly produce parcel references and courier screenshots while simultaneously insisting the matter was closed.
I even explained directly to the company that, at that stage, money was not the issue. I wanted the bespoke items I had ordered and paid for. I stated that if the position was that the pieces needed to be remade and repurchased, I was willing to discuss that option. Nevertheless, the company’s ultimate response was simply that they considered the matter closed because a tracking number allegedly existed somewhere internally and the parcel had supposedly been delivered.
What is most disappointing is the disconnect between the brand’s luxury positioning and the operational reality customers encounter when something goes wrong. The products and marketing may project exclusivity and refinement, but customer support appears materially under-resourced, heavily automated, and, at times, virtually inaccessible.
Having now reviewed other customers’ experiences, it is evident that these are not isolated incidents. Many appear to be reporting the same recurring issues involving delayed refunds, unresponsive customer service, missing return labels, delivery disputes, and prolonged resolution timelines.
Perhaps most tellingly, despite reaching Platinum VIP status, I ultimately found that the designation carried very little practical meaning once serious customer service issues arose. I have now effectively stopped following the brand altogether and requested to be removed from Holland Cooper’s VIP marketing and lookbook communications.
I genuinely wanted to continue supporting the brand, but after two such experiences, I no longer feel confident purchasing from Holland Cooper for the time being. Something must change significantly to earn back my trust.

The way that your invoice is presented with your free returns label and the your items lovingly wrapped to make you feeel special. The sweatshirt itself is beautifully made and is true to size. The little attentions to details on the garment not only make it pretty but also versatile to wear for either casual wear or work wear. As always a delightful purchase.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a jacket in the sale. I’ve been waiting two weeks for delivery. I’m now being told an off the peg stock item is a bespoke tailor made item and despite the jacket being significantly outside the estimated delivery timeframe of 3-5 days the order can not be cancelled. There isn’t a human to speak to. It’s all AI generated. If you want to purchase an HC item I strongly suggest you only do it in person as it becomes untenable trying to resolve anything from an internet purchase. I won’t be ordering from HC now again.

Buyers beware: if the courier abandons your high-value parcel, Holland Cooper will default to protecting their bottom line rather than honouring their legal obligations.
I recently placed a £750 order with Holland Cooper, which has resulted in a complete failure of both logistics and customer service.
Their courier, DPD, abandoned my parcel unattended on a floor grate in the heavily trafficked entryway of an university accommodation building that is regularly used by university societies, which means it’s open to public access. To cover up this negligence, the driver falsified the electronic delivery log, typing that the parcel was "received by DFA". However, DPD's own timestamped proof-of-delivery photograph explicitly contradicts this text, showing the box sitting entirely alone on the floor with absolutely no human being present.
Despite presenting this irrefutable photographic evidence of an unsecured drop-off and a fabricated signature, Holland Cooper’s customer service team refused to issue a refund. Instead of holding their courier accountable, they falsely claimed I had designated an "allocated safe place" for this £750 delivery in a public lobby- a claim I categorically deny and which they have zero digital proof of me selecting. (I have never previously or historically allocated any safe place to any of my deliveries)
Holland Cooper is actively relying on fabricated courier data to evade their strict legal liability under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which dictates that the risk of loss remains with the retailer until physical possession is transferred to a human being.
Instead of stepping up to protect their customer, they have chosen to gaslight me over the facts. I have now been forced to escalate this to my bank as a formal chargeback dispute to recover the funds. Please avoid ordering from Holland Cooper at all costs.
