I worked with designer Alice at Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery and couldn’t have been happier with both the process and the outcome. Alice met with me online and in person, and was wonderfully communicative throughout — she really took the time to unpack my ideas, adapt them as new thoughts emerged, and guide me through every step with patience and creativity.
We created an incredibly personal bespoke engagement ring, integrating gold and a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring with new stones added — so the piece holds deep sentimental meaning. I was a little nervous to see it in real life, but the moment I did, I couldn’t have been more delighted. And most importantly, my partner absolutely loves it.
I couldn’t recommend Harriet Kelsall — and especially Alice — more highly for anyone looking to design something truly unique, personal, and beautifully crafted.

I wonderful experience
I had an amazing experience designing my engagement ring with Alec at Harriet Kelsall. Alec was super patient - I’m not very creative and didn’t really have an end vision, but after trying on some engagement rings a few weeks before my design session, I knew what elements I liked and Alec helped to bring those ideas together to create a design I loved. He made the whole process fun and stress-free. I’ve just picked up the final ring and it’s absolutely stunning and even more beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship is incredible - thank you to Ryan for this. I can’t thank the team enough for creating such a special ring.

Amazing experience at Harriet Kelsall
We recently had the pleasure of working with Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery in Cambridge to create our engagement ring and wedding rings. From the moment we stepped into their store, we knew we had made the right choice.
I had inherited a ring with precious stones that held great sentimental value, and we wanted to reimagine it in a more modern setting. Alec, our designer, was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He helped transform our vague ideas into a stunning platinum engagement ring, adding delicate features that made it uniquely ours. His friendly and patient approach made us feel completely at ease, especially when we weren't entirely sure about certain design elements.
We also commissioned two wedding rings - one featuring a beautiful platinum twist design with diamonds that fits perfectly alongside the engagement ring, and another with an enchanting mountain and trees landscape engraving. When we brought the engagement ring back to create the wedding ring, they also gave it a thorough clean and checked all the settings, which was a lovely touch.
Throughout the entire process, Alec kept us well-informed with regular updates, and his expertise was evident in every consultation. The final pieces are absolutely beautiful and match our initial designs perfectly. The quality of craftsmanship is exceptional, and it's clear that attention to detail is paramount at Harriet Kelsall.
We cannot recommend Harriet Kelsall highly enough to anyone considering bespoke jewellery or looking to modernise inherited pieces. They have a remarkable talent for taking precious memories and transforming them into contemporary treasures that will be cherished for generations to come.

Bespoke engagement ring with oval diamond
I recently designed and purchased a bespoke engagement ring for my partner, alongside Georgia.
My (now) fiancée absolutely loves it and couldn't be happier!
Georgia was really helpful throughout the entire process and expertly guided me through it all, providing as much detail as possible on everything. At times, I wasn't certain about different things, like a suitable diamond carat weight, etc. However, Georgia showed her years of experience in reassuring me in my decisions and being transparent about my options.
I would not hesitate to return Harriet Kelsall for future jewellery purchases.

I cannot thank the team at Harriet Kelsall enough, they are truly the best around. From my first design appointment with Georgia, in which she took the time to listen to my ideas before using her extensive knowledge and experience to fine tune them. To the continuous communication and updates throughout the build process, I knew I was dealing with not only a very professional team but more over a team who genuinely valued their clients. The final result? A stunning new signet ring, repurposing my old St Christopher and an initial pendant in honour of my boy that I’ll treasure forever. Both are beyond anything I could have ever hoped for and that’s testament to the standard of Georgia and the Harriet Kelsall team. Thank you all. I will certainly be back again and I recommend anyone looking to have a beautifully unique piece of jewellery made pop by and see them as well.

Alec did a great job of listening to what we wanted with the ring redesign. He was great at explaining how the original parts can be reused and what the timescale for the process would be. The newly designed ring came back looking fantastic and we've been extremely happy with both Alec and HK Jewellery throughout this process.

Excellent service and a fantastic experience overall. We worked with Holly to design an engagement ring and both wedding bands. Holly was fantastic as was the rest of the team going through the whole process of both design and creation. My partner’s friends have all commented that her engagement ring is a real representation of her personality, which I think is a real testament to Holly‘s design and the whole teams dedication to the process. Super helpful
We wanted to give my mother a very special 90th birthday gift from her family that was unique and special for her. Having searched for hours , we decided to have an item designed and visited the Harriet Kelsall in Cambridge.

Gold Broach
I had a solitaire ring I wished to be made into a broach. Gold melted down and diamond used as a centre piece to my broach.
I went to Harriet Kelsall bespoke jewellers. Was introduced to Bethany who helped me, and designed an incredible gold broach. Absolute love it and so pleased with the helpfulness and friendly atmosphere of the shop. Super!
