If I could give them a zero

If I could give them a zero, I would. DO NOT BUY!! This company is a SCAM. The device breaks after a few uses and they won't refund. I received the first one already broken. I sent them a video with the device malfunctioning. One customer service rep advised me to dispose of the broken item, which I did. Then, when the second one broke, they were asking me to provide proof that both devices were broken. I told them I could not comply since I had already disposed of the broken item. They still have not given me another option to resolve this issue. They still want me send a video I can't produce. I need my refund! I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in which they have tons of complaints, have rating of F, and several alerts. DONT waste your money in this SCAM!

Frauds with cunning and very illegal marketing ploys

Ordered this less than 3 months ago. I have used it 8-10 times as per instructions. Absolutely no difference noted in body hair. I looked up reviews and surely enough the scam awareness sites were very aware of this company.

I sent an email to them about it and requested a refund as they advertised the "risk-free" trial. They ignored my request and said, "Just use it another 5 times and see if it works". Of course, the warranty would have expired by then anyway, as it is only 3 months. I insisted on a refund. They told me no because I should have filled out a warranty request form as soon as I received the product??

Of course, the conditions on this warranty are fine print, not foreseeable, unnecessary, and intended to dissuade the customer from getting a refund when they realize the product does not work as advertised.

I left a question on their instagram page twice, asking them why their device doesn't work and why can't they honour the warranty? No surprise, they did not respond and chose to delete my comments.

The 5 stars reviews are way too gushy, saccharine, and contrived to be authentic. These fraudsters are cunning, I'll give them that. Please don't let them take your money! If the management team is reading this, know that the consumer lawyers are coming for you.

Edit: See the gaslighting reply from the business below - 'The Money Back Guarantee' is a list of guidelines you had to follow including emailing them on the day your order arrives.

Of all of these guidelines, of course nobody would typically email a large company after receiving an order of their own.

The worst experience ever!!!

The worst experience ever! I bought the item in January and up to now April I have not recieved it even after being told it would arrive in 5-9 days. I was given a DHL tracking number that wasn't working on the DHL website. After several complaints that were ignored I asked for a refund which was denied. Please!! Do not buy from this website there are cheaper better sources than this. I am totally dissatisfied to say the least!!!

Scam scam scam.

I requested a return- since it was a guaranteed return and was WELL within the window- to be told I didn’t qualify for a return.

Why? Because I didn’t request the return BEFORE I GOT THE MACHINE. Who does that? Who orders something knowing they’ll return it? No one, ever. Also, I asked to see that policy, since it wasn’t on their website. She couldn’t provide me with that policy from their website, and stopped responding to me entirely. So basically, stuck with a useless (very overpriced) machine.

Terrible way to do business. 0/5 stars.

Not worth it.

A waste of money. I have been using this for 9 weeks and absolutely no results. I still get prickly the next day. Looked into their refund and 90 day guarantee and you have to send an email the day you receive your laser to even begin the process of getting a refund. Don't waste your money. Go to a clinic to get laser treatment.

Instagram-ad scam

DON’T ORDER. There 90-day “guarantee” is a SCAM. I ordered two laser hair removal devices, HeySilkySkin and one from Amazon. I opened them both to compare sizes, and read instructions. I tried the one from Amazon, and decided to keep it. HeySilkySkin won’t allow me to send theirs back, because I took the plastic off the box!? Mind you, I NEVER even turned my HeySilkySkin on. It’s completely unused. I emailed pictures proving it had never been used. When do you ever order something and not open the box, or try it on before returning? Worst customer service. I also tried to cancel my order ONE HOUR after purchasing, because I decided on the Amazon laser. They emailed saying they couldn’t cancel, because it shipped. Meanwhile, I got a shipping notification days later. Save your money!! Whole business is an Instagram-ad SCAM. Very disappointing. Order #116177-H

I was in my week 3 of using super happy…

I was in my week 3 of using super happy that I was vomited and doing it and suddenly in week 4 it stoped working. It turns on, I can change the levels but when I press the bottom the light doesn’t comes on :/ I really wanted to continue and start seeing the results. Don’t know what to do !

I purchased mine about 2 weeks ago . Received it about 7 days ago , and have been using every day since . I will continue to take pictures of my hair removal journey .
But I seen a few reviews on how their a scam abs they never got their item ....
My personal experience was great. It took about a week to get here , but with covid and all shipments backed up and delayed I thought it was pretty fast .
Can’t wait to start seeing results thanks silky skin !!!

Item Not Received !!! Refund Needed

HeySilkySkin Laser Hair Removal Handset on 21st december 2020 with Order No. #106026-H, and till now i never got it not got a response from them, they are the biggest fraud that i witnessed on the web, there is someone named "Allie Linke" who once replied me and she is the worst professional worker i talked to, her reaction clearly proves that they are a big fraud !! as soon as i said i never got my item she told me that i wont get a refund and stopped replying me, about 10 emails of mine were never replied and its been 3 months since i paid for that item, I`M LOOKING FOWARD TO TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE POLICE IN AUSTRALIA IF I DO NOT GET MY MONEY BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS !!!!!

Overwhelmingly disappointed

I purchased with the understanding I could claim a refund minus the postage cost if I wasn't satisfied.
$178.00 purchase price.
I followed the correct procedure.
I exercised the 90 day money back guarantee rights and had no reply.
10 days later I asked for someone to Please respond.
They did, but not to acknowledge my request for return, but to tell me they had no record of the 1st or 2nd email, even though it's all using the same email address Hey@heysilkyskin
The customer service girl even went on to tell me " it must have bounced back as there is a red exclamation point on the email. Just for clarity the exclamation point is for the receiver to know it's a high priority email. I am concerned that someone answering emails didn't know what a high priority mark is on an email.
I replied asking her to stop debating over the exclamation point and could we please go on with the process, seeing as we were still within the 90 day period to return for money back.
NOTHING. NO REPLY.
That's was 48 hours ago.
What a completely unprofessional and scaring experience.
Until I get a refund I will NEVER RECOMMEND someone to give this product a try.
I'm seriously considering reporting to the ACCC

Talk about fast delivery and here I am after 10months of my order . I have not received the product so I even went chasing for it with the post offices in my locality as they gave the excuse that it was an incomplete address. 3 months after, I was informed that the product was set to return . It's been couple of months since I last checked the returned status and yet they have claimed they are yet to receive the product. Everytime I inquired about the refund,I am reminded that there will be a deduction on the postal charges!!! With such a service,they are still insisting of any deduction. Such a shsme. 10 months gone and still no refund. Those fancy ads of theirs are a scam ! I just want my money back .

After 5 months of using it, it sucks…

After 5 months of using it I can safely say it’s useless, waste of money, barely had 25% affect on my arms, rest of the body nothing changed, ended up going to a proper centre and getting proper laser removal
