Hdlondonart Recenzje

Received my painting at a cost of £250 and it’s absolutely rubbish . They are just cheap prints . Don’t go near this company unless you want to be very disappointed

Great selection of canvases. Communication was good. Had to chase inner as Del was longer than expected however came really well packaged. Looks lovely on my wall. Will def buy again for other places in my home

The artwork is beautiful, high quality, and thoughtfully curated. Prices are very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add something special to their space.

Delighted with the "Charcoal Nights" framed canvas - looks lovely and gives a "muted and moody" feel ... Also have put a framed "Nude Heaven" canvas on a bedroom wall ... So pleased !

Ordered this for my husbands birthday. 10 days later still nothing. Emails take ages to reply. Instagram forget. Very poor service. Spent £250 on artwork and want my order cancelled and a full refund.

MoI ordered a large canvas painting. Once it arrived I was very pleased with the quality and it looks lovely on my wall. There were some issues with the courier losing my package initially but the customer service was excellent and sorted it out for me very quickly with a replacement.

Beware. There are different frame types and picture finishes with the same art name, but shown on different parts of the website. I found the Vienna canvas on a floating frame. On returning to the site, searching on Vienna, I ordered the size I wanted but on delivery it was neither canvas or floating frame, it was a cheap looking plastic frame and shiny finish print. Even my order confirmation is vague; "Abstract Art, Vienna", google this and the canvas version comes up!!! There were no other frame/finish choices offered on my page. HD London Art won't accept the return, but offered me 25% off to keep it. They tell me they understand the order confusion but won't refund as their art is "bespoke", when in fact they are producing and selling many of the same items but assembling to order.

Excellent product that looks great. Delivery also superb, well packaged and secure.

What a fantastic customer service experience! These guys go above and beyond for you and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to your order and getting it right. Truly amazing and I will definitely buy more canvas art in the future with HDLondonArt. I'm actually in shock with their customer care its that good... I didn't think this existed any more so thank you for restoring my faith! KJF

Lovely item and eventually delivered very quickly and efficiently, however the pre-dispatch communications could have been better to let us know there was a delay on our order being dispatched… agent rectified the issue very quickly after email, and all worked out great in the end.

This is my second purchase from HD London Art. Both are absolutely beautiful pieces, even better than expected!!! I can’t wait to put them up, just moved home so currently decorating. Packaged really well.. so secure whilst I wait 😍

My experience with this company was excellent. I made a mistake giving my old address for delivery. A quick email to the company and they corrected my mistake. Delivery was excellent. Pictures are beautiful.

Absolutely delighted with our beautiful artwork from HDLondon art.
They arrived absolutely well protected, we are so pleased with them, the quality is excellent.
So nice to receive something off line that looks exactly like you ordered.
The colours are perfect and we couldn’t be happier how they look in our kitchen.

I love our large black framed abstract prints. On top of the look, they were also a great price. We did have some delivery issues but that is down to the couriers rather than HD London Art. When contacted they were very prompt and friendly in the reply. If the deliveries could be sorted then this is a 5 star company.

Quality of prints are great, look really stylish. Had mine in the mounted version which sets off the stunning picture. Had to contact their customer service and I can say that were exceptional and very responsive. Totally recommend. Delivery was quick.

Ordered the Dubrovnik prints. Arrived in good time, good customer service and items well packaged. However whilst this was a positive part, the cost of the items we paid for (£240) does not match the quality of what we received. I would have expected a better quality frame and "print" supplied. Its all very plastic feeling and cheap materials. The pictures are great looking but are not priced correctly. If buying a "Print" be aware. I'd have looked to buy more but knowing the current costs and quality of items being supplied I'd be extremely hesitant. It's just essentially a print out put in a budget frame, not the hand crafted I was quoted.

Pictures arrived on time , well packaged and in excellent condition.
Easy to choose and order . Good website
Excellent quality, great price and the picture I chose match perfectly with my decor

Beautiful pictures, great quality, look far more expensive that what I paid for them!
Very quick delivery, well wrapped and boxed up on arrival, couldn’t be more happier with this company, highly recommend!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m absolutely in love with the Portofino set! The neutral tones of taupe, beige, grey, and soft white blend beautifully together and bring such a calm, elegant feel to my living space. The quality is amazing – you can really tell it’s printed on premium canvas and hand-stretched with care.

The matte texture looks so sophisticated, and the frames (I went for the natural finish) are sturdy and beautifully made. It’s such a timeless piece of wall art – minimal, warm, and effortlessly stylish. Definitely worth it! 🤍
