I sadly had to return my order as the colour on the website did not quite match what was received although the product itself was of excellent quality. Grace was extremely helpful, she followed up collection with the supplier and processed a timely refund. She was very professional and very efficient.

I have been speaking to Rowen Homes regarding a few things for my new home. I purchased 2 wall lights, 1 being fault, an email was told to be sent over with photo evidence and this was issued immediately and a replacement is coming in 2-3 working days. The fact you can call Rowen Homes and speak to a human rather than a bot makes things much easier! Thank you to Amy and Steph for the help in sorting my replacement light.

We had an issue with a broken picture it was sorted out effortlessly and quickly by Grace who not only got it sorted with no quibbling and then checked back to make sure everything had happened. 🙏

I emailed tiday over a problem with some candles I was sent and it has been dealt with expertly and in such a way that I was made to feel comfortable and in such a friendly way this was all dealt with by Amy

SO DISAPPOINTED with Rowen Homes. I ordered something wallpaper based on an instagram post (which they have since taken down) as it was so gorgeous! It as of these soft clouds that are lightly lit and gentle. However, I received a Wish version of this. Dark, harsh and not the vibe I wanted. Of course I had to open it to see it, put some on the wall and didn’t like it immediately. I messaged them and asked for a refund as it wasn’t at all the product I had ordered. I took a few days of explaining to them that I’d like a refund until they agreed to give me one. However be careful as clearly the photos on their instagram and their website are NOT actually the products you’ll receive.
It won’t let me attach photos, but I have a photo of the wallpaper that I was expecting to get, then what actually I got. Totally different and nothing alike at all.
Don’t trust it!

I received my items from Rowen fairly quickly , unfortunately my vase had a few chips on it . I rang Rowen immediately and spoke with Caroline she was very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . She told me to send some pictures of my vase , just to check the chips . Within no time she issued me a full refund . She made my experience very easy . I will definitely buy from you again . Thank you Caroline .
