Chelsea the cruise agent I dealt with was first class , very patient and understanding regarding my enquiry and subsequent booking

We wasn't sure where to go, so we contacted hays travel through online chat, great experience and number of choices, the one we picked appealed to us, but we didn't get any discount as some travel agent would, we only got £24 which was not alot, I think we could of had a bit more, looking forward to our cruise will be an experience..
