Odpowiedź od Havens of Westcliff
Dear Anna,
So sorry that the plates took longer to come in from Germany than anticipated.
Since Brexit orders from European suppliers are consolidated to save the considerable additional admin, clearance and freight costs.
This in turn means they will hold part orders and send when they have a reasonable value.
I can see an email chain to this effect and apologies that it did take longer than originally quoted.
Very best wishes,
Nigel Havens

Really good old fashioned customer service. Despite initial disappointment of my purchase being out of stock with the suppliers, excellent communication with explanation, apology and a plan really made a difference. The Dartington glasses have just arrived and they were worth the wait for a slightly delayed gift.
