Nikki and the team at Harvey Roberts were absolutely flawless in our complicated house purchase. After being left in the lurch by our first choice of solicitors (abandoned our case and advised us not to buy the house due to complexities, and ultimately their lack of expertise) I reached out to Nikki who was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to unpick the issue with the previous solicitors, gave efficient and effective communication to our long chain of stakeholders and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothing was ever too much trouble or a stupid question with Nikki - she helped me understand the complex issues in plain English and her speed of response was amazing. She helped turn a very stressful situation into productive action. As a result, she was able to expedite things enough to enable us to complete ON 30th June so that we could benefit from the stamp duty holiday - something we thought we’d said goodbye to after our previously solicitors let us down. Our complex purchase went through in 6 weeks and I put that solely down to Nikki and her determination to sort things out for her clients.
