Possibly one of the worst experience of customer service ever. Macclesfield branch. Had to explain to the woman trying to contact me that her phone didn't call international numbers, had to explain what a phone extension for Australia was, and what zoom was (said they had to check with IT if they had zoom) had to complete identity checks 3 seperate times took over a year and a half to get responses. Do not use this service I cannot stress this enough. Am currently in a 20 email long email chain hopefully my identity can be confirmed now on my 4th round of identity checks and paperwork fingers crossed.

I used SAS Daniel’s back in 2020 in relation to a family law case which I felt was dealt with well. Unfortunately last year I found my self in the position that I needed help with the issue again so I instructed SAS Daniel’s to help with this matter. Having dealt with this solicitor before I felt in safe hands but unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

A month before the Court hearing I was informed that my solicitor was not available as she would be on holiday, rather than instructing a colleague from her company I was given a list of Barristers from other chambers, in my opinion this was poor practice which led me to the decision to represent my self.

On the day of the final hearing I was told by my legal representative that she was not going to cross examine my ex partner. As part of the process I would have thought this to be essential added to this there was no input into the final court order which falls heavily in favour of my former partner. I feel really badly let down by SAS Daniel’s as my initial dealings with the company were outstanding.

I have complained to SAS Daniel’s and received a negative response which I fully expected when they are investigating their own staff however they did offer a small reduction in my final account as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately I now feel that I have no option but to consult the legal ombudsman.

Professional, efficient, friendly, accurate, great knowledge. Sale of property ran very smoothly. Would recommend.

I am honestly reading through the reviews and wish I had a positive experience as well but unfortunately that is just not the case. I wonder if we have just been unlucky with the case handlers we've had. There has been a complete lack of communication from the people handling our case. I only found out after chasing incessantly that the previous case handler had left the firm and someone else was taking over. Over one week on and we have still not gotten an update on our case. Other people in the chain have also commented on the lack of communication which the new case handler dismissed, saying their primary duty is to communicate with us, however we are also not being communicated with.

This is so frustrating and it is honestly hard to believe that businesses treat their clients this way. I have called every day this week and the assistants of the case handler keep promising to get back to us but of course that never happens. The case handler has also missed his own timeline which he communicated in writing to get back to us with no communication as to the reason for the delay or when we can expect to hear from him.

I am increasingly getting anxious about the lack of communication and worried SAS Daniels will cost us this move.

Editing to add that I have now made contact as advised..I really hope this gets looked into and will be awaiting a response to my email.

From start to finish, SAS Daniels have done a superb job in dealing with the sale of our bungalow. they kept us updated at every step and were happy to answer our (sometimes trivial) questions either by email or telephone: praise must be given for someone always answering the telephone; something that is rare in today's world. Well done to Molly, Natalie and Holly, thank you for a job well done.

Poor communication l get the impression they just want the money constant bills for not much activity uncaring and badly advised
