Love our corner seat ,table & 2 stools for the patio ..great qaulity... Had them delivered before alotted date..the delivery driver stephen was a lovely man .very thorough ,& pleasant ..highly recommend..

On two successive Wednesdays the garden furniture delivery failed to happen. I have been given no explanation for this. When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to wait until the furniture was returned to them even though I had never received it and had no control over the return. Really poor customer service.

I had been looking for new garden furniture for a few months and came across Harts Furniture and was impressed with the range. Having read the reviews on Trustpilot I contacted the company directly rather than order from the website.

The furniture arrived on the date given and the Ascot range is suburb quality and looks the business. Customer service was excellent as well. Cannot fault anything.

Furniture due to arrive today. Date changed at Harts request. Changed shifts to accommodate and NO delivery No contact from Harts. Order being cancelled and full refund being requested. Extremely poor customer service.

I ordered a corner rattan sofa and coffee table.
Arrived ahead of the original delivery date.
Very helpful staff who kept me up to date with emails.
The delivery driver was so accommodating, helped us to unpack and rang to say when he was on his way.
The cushions are thicker and seem better quality than some others I have seen. The best thing was not having to put it together as it comes assembled. The price was very competitive too.
One small niggle was having to pay for the connecting brackets which I felt should be included.
I love my sofa set. Didn't care for the blue metal feet until I realised it was just removable protective tape !!!

I spent a *very* long time online researching garden rattan sofa sets. Every time I thought I had found the perfect set there existed an issue such as delivery date, colour, price or bad reviews. Then I stumbled on Harts Furniture. I can honestly say if you are in any doubt like I was, please don't hesitate to use this company: their communication was excellent, the price was way better than my expectation and the product actually arrived earlier than expected which suited us as we are able to use it on an unexpectedly sunny Friday evening with friends. I am beyond impressed with the product and buying experience. After moving house and having to build literally every single piece of furniture we bought so far it was delightfully refreshing to not have to construct this item. Cushions are reassuringly thicker than most furniture of this type and the whole set up is just luxurious comfort. 10/10 would definitely use this company again.

I do not often leave reviews but felt I should given how pleased we have been with the patio dining set we bought and the service we received. The furniture set was very good value and arrived quicker than originally stated. Service was excellent special mention for Holly who was always available, pleasant and followed up our queries. Great company they deserve to do well. 👍👍👍

I have just taken delivery of my garden furniture. 6 seater Oval Kingston. It arrived at 6pm last night. Just opened it this morning 3 out of the 6 chairs are faulty. 1 front left hand side leg much shorter, another chair right hand leg is much shorter. And the 3rd the Rattan is split on top left hand side and damaged Rattan on both arms. Have not even bothered opening the table. After reading such great reviews we chose Hart. However the furniture we have received is very sub standard and not fit for purpose, waiting for a response from Hart either want and exchange or a full refund.However Andrew contacted us Saturday, Bearing in mind they closed. Firstly Andrew apologised. Then we are having the faulty chairs exchanged Friday. So what was a negative experience has now turned into a positive experience,due to the customer service. Thank you

Amazing service. Can not rate this company highly enough. Ordered a patio set and the 2 days before delivery there was an problem with the order, which they worked with us to solve. On delivery everything was resolved. Quality is very high and we are so pleased with our set. Our garden is now complete.

Edit: The company are great. Again, the customer service is top notch. The furniture has finally arrived after a delay which was through no fault or lack of effort of the part of Harts. It is truly lovely and sturdy and well worth the money. Really well packaged too! A huge thank you to Martin, Andrew and especially Holly for keeping our hopes alive that we would receive it. They can't help the fact that the courier service is pants, but it may be time to look for a new one. Thanks to all. Hopefully the rain will stop long enough now for us to use it! :)

Great customer service. Holly has been amazing staying in touch and doing what she can, but there's only so much one person can do.
Unfortunately, we are still yet to receive our furniture (so I will edit the review further when that arrives). We were given a new delivery date earlier than specified which was great, but we're now 4 days past that and the courier service seems to be shocking. I really think Harts need to make a complaint about this and change their couriers when they struggle to even get in touch with them. At the moment very disappointed to not yet receive the new furniture to our new home especially with the change of the weather.

Great selection of outdoor furniture, simple to order at reasonable prices. Order confirmation via email, with due delivery date selected at checkout. Contacted by customer services to let me know they could bring my delivery date forward which I was delighted with. Courier service not that great they attempted deliver at the wrong address initially and then the furniture not on pallets so had to help courier to get set off the vehicle, not the easiest to do. That said the furniture is of really nice quality and just what I was looking for. Definitely recommend Harts as this is my second garden furniture order so delighted with both.
