The furniture arrived on the exact date promised. Good quality. Hardly any construction required. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company at all cost, we ordered a rattan garden set on the 9th of July money was taken immediately and delivery date was the 28th of July, all good so far, on the 27th I emailed to confirm delivery and was told all was fine, I took a day off work and drove 90 miles to be at our caravan for delivery, on the 28th I waited all day for the delivery, emailed at 3 o'clock to check it was still being delivered and was told it was, emailed again at 5 o'clock and was assured it was on route, nothing turned up on the 28th, I rang Harts on the 29th to ask where our furniture was, problems with the courier was the excuse which seems to be a regular occurrence, they promised it would arrive on the 29th which it never did, when I asked for my £1199 to be reimbursed I was told they couldn't do any refund till the furniture was back with them and then it would take 5/7 days to process, it took almost 2 weeks to refund my money no mention of the time ide wasted going to wait for a delivery that was never going to arrive, incompetent liars who don't know the meaning of customer service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, always someone on the other end of the phone to take your questions/queries.
Product received on time and even though we have only had a few weeks, it looks sturdy and well made

Very pleased with the furniture. Good quality, very good condition and service and delivery was all to a high standard.

I ordered the Panama set from Harts Furniture. When it was unpackaged every piece of the furniture had damage including large scratches on the glass top and bits of powder coating missing from nearly all of the chair and sofa legs. The rubber feet even had signs of wear which left us to question if this was even a new set. They have offered to replace the set but I now have to dismantle and repackage (and build a new set). Time I’d rather not be wasting and with no offer of compensation. I have no guarantees that the new set wouldn’t be in a similar state too. The furniture set would be lovely if it was like new (as paid for) shame it’s not. 2 stars as the have offered a new set but I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture from here.

Having recently moved into an apartment with a balcony we needed furniture to use on it and relax in. Harts was the only shop we found to have really comfortable good looking and hardwearing furniture which we liked and who could deliver to us within a few days.
The delivery man was helpful and courteous and very personable.

I recently ordered some garden furniture from this firm. I had no confirmation email from them at the point of purchase so had to call the next day to get one. The delivery just turned up - a delivery driver from Walkers Transport - told me he would simply drop it on the pavement outside my house - refused to assist in any way. After an exchange he left with a particular hand genture! Called and advised Harts I expected a call back - got an email instead. Simply dreadful. Be aware people

Smooth transaction, garden furniture delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery on the day was prompt and efficient. I was hoping for some help/delivery to get the item into the back garden whereas the rather large box was left on the driveway, but, I guess that’s standard practice. Furniture itself looks good quality and as pictured on the website.

Ordered a premium cube set in grey for £749.99. Everything was ok until planned delivery day, no one turned up and no communication from Harts, called to ask where it was and they told me it would arrive tomorrow, which it didn't, it arrived 2 days late.
When the furniture eventually arrived, I was really disappointed. Several of the stools and chairs had wonky legs, and wobbled, the "powder coated frame" finish as advertised was really poor and there were several staples sticking out of the seats. I contacted Harts and was offered a £60 discount or a replacement, but no guarantee the replacement would be any better, so I returned and asked for a refund. They confirmed receipt of the items but I have not received a refund after 2 weeks. No one answers the phone and no replies to my emails so am having to go through my credit card company to retrieve my money.
Beware.

My Rattan furniture from Harts has been one of my better purchases, the furniture is solid, modern looking, light but sturdy, the cushions are well padded and comfortable to sit on, everyone who has seen it has complimented on how well it looks, the covers are machine washable and waterproof, the cover I bought is massive, if anything too big for the 6 seater furnature. I'm am very happy and pleased with this purchase

Good quality, value for money, good service

Ordered the Liv outdoors-Windsor modular rattan sofa set. Delivered a week earlier than anticipated, we were kept well informed. The sofa set is fantastic, very good quality and looks it too. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately since it was delivered it has spent most of the time under the rain cover!! Which is also worth buying, we have left the cushions out underneath the cover and they remained dry.

Fantastic service, quicker than expected delivery, quality products. I’ve got high standards and like things to last. Harts didn’t disappoint. Great value too. We bought table snd four chairs, cover, parasol and base.
