The website was simple to follow. I found the camera I was looking for and it ticked all the boxes. Ordering and delivering was complete within 24hrs.
I'm now tinkering with my D500. All seems well with camera.
Harrison offer an extremely reliable service and I will definitely be viewing their website regularly.

Harrison Cameras, are one of the best suppliers I’ve used. Their products are competitively priced and their service is second to none.

Beware that if you return an item to Harrison Cameras, they will charge a 20% "restocking fee", even if all you've done is open the box! The more reputable camera stores do not do this. (They certainly don't put the open box on sale for a 20% reduction, either, so they just pocket a chunk of this.) The man wasn't exactly friendly in putting this across and just tried to make me feel stupid for not trying a demo in the store first. The whole thing demonstrated a remarkable lack of goodwill, especially after I'd just been discussing a big purchase with them, needless to say I'll now take that custom elsewhere...

Prior to this I've had pretty mixed experiences with them. Compare this to the Wex stores in the surrounding cities, which Sheffield would likely have if this store didn't exist, those feel like real camera shops and the staff are always great.

I had an issue with the item I ordered. I emailed customer services regarding this and within three minutes (yes three minutes!!!) the issue was resolved and a replacement offered at no extra charge. That’s what you call customer service.

Having never used Harrison Cameras before, I did not know what sort of service to expect. It was excellent. 10 mins after placing the order I had confirmation regarding delivery (which was free) from DPD. Due to snow, the parcel was a day late, but still arrived within 48 hours. The binoculars, were VERY reasonably priced compared to other sites, and well packaged. I do all my ordering online, and customer service is very variable, but I can't fault Harrison Cameras. Thank you.

recently bought a used nikon ed82 fieldscope from harrisons cameras. When it arrived was very happy with the as new condition or the scope and the extras at a bargin price. unfortunatley i realized it was just too heavy for me. Harrissons made the return very easy and gave me a prompt refund. Excellent service from this company

Fantastic service today from Harrison's. I had returned my Canon R7 in August as it had a problem with it's sensors connecting to the lenses. Got the camera back repaired about a month ago and I was very frustrated at 7am this morning, whilst photographing deer, that the camera stopped working with the same problem.
Harrison's agreed to replace the camera with a new one and as they had none in stock offered their display one to use until new stock arrived. Thank you Simon for sorting this out. Brilliant customer service and couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Great buying experience from Harrison’s today. First trip to their Sheffield shop, travelling 130 mile round trip. Wanted a compact camera and was interested in a Ricoh GR iii but although the camera was overall great quality there was a few little things like the rear thumb reel that felt plastic and cheap also loose for a new camera.. Eva from Harrison was fantastic and we discussed some other alternatives never pushing one brand over another and no pressure to purchase any camera. I looked at a used Canon G1X iii and it was apprised by Harrison’s and graded excellent, the camera was in fantastic condition and they obviously want there customers to be happy and have there grading spot on. Although it was close to the price of a new Ricoh I thought it was better quality and with the same length of warranty, so I was really happy with my choice. It was well worth the trip and they are true professionals and I will be making my next camera purchase with them. Thank you to Eva who was brilliant and really helped me make the right camera choice. It was fantastic to visit a old school professional camera shop with genuine nice people who know there products.
