I had gynecomastia surgery a few years ago. I had asked them many times to remove my stitches with so many delays. It lead to them being removed 5/6 weeks after surgery, leaving me with scars that could've been avoided if removed earlier.

There is also an indent on my nipple and could not see the difference of vaser liposuction.

I contacted via email, but no reply.

Gynecomastia Surgery completely restored my confidence permanently removing the tough chest tissue that dieting never could touch. I was scammed out of £3,000. I paid for cosmetic surgery. I was told by email my surgery is cancelled due to the equipment breaking down. No further surgery date stated. I have lost all my money. Avoid at all costs!

I went to Harley Body Clinic for the second time and had Vaser liposuction on my stomach area, mainly for the stubborn fat around my belly and side hips. I am genuinely very pleased with the results and with the care I received from the clinic.

The whole team was friendly and professional, and the staff were very cordial. James in particular was very helpful and made the experience easier and more comfortable.

Overall, I am really satisfied with both the treatment and the service. It was a good experience for me and i would happily recommend them !

⁸In 2024 I had vaser liposuction at Harley Body Clinic. They are still trading at times they call themselves something else. The results were appalling no difference at all.

I have been going back and forth wandering why I had no results. I have put on no weight made no lifestyle changes but still no difference. I had four areas done. I am the same but with scars.

I have found out now the surgeon who performed my surgery was struck off the GMC register for. misconduct.

Absolutely horrendous.

I had a 3 body part liposuction scheduled for 27th November. I had an initial consultation on 19th November with a member of staff, who I believe have no medical background. He told me, everything is possible I wanted to achive. He was quite pushy, just wanted me to book with them. Which I eventually did. They were very flexible about timing. When the procedure date came, the doctor spent a lot of time explaining what he can do and what result would I get. Doctor seemed professional, he understood what is achievable. But unfortunately during the arm liposuction, he sucked out too much fat of my left arm, which he than injected back. This has left me with an uneven left upper arm. Upper tummy lipo was great. Initially the doctor seemed kind and professional but during the procedure he was quite rude. It felt like he was just wanted to finish, so he can go home. The only person who really looked after me, was the nurse. Thank you for your care, attention and help here, too. Unfortunately the procedure took longer than they advised me, so the doctor didn't proceed with the 3rd body part. When I felt healed enough, I contacted them to reschedule the missing procedure. By this time they were not so flexible. They weren't able to do it in December. Finally we agreed on a date in January, which I tried to change many times due to my working conditions. They didn't accommodate it. So I got the date for 27th January, exactly 2 months after the initial date. I was getting ready for the procedure, which supposed to happen on Tuesday evening, when I received a message on Monday morning, saying that they can not proceed with it because there was an pipe burst and the machine is faulty, out of order. Initially I was going to reschedule it again for the middle of February but the lack of attention and negligence put me off. So I contacted them asking for refund for the undone procedure. After my request they still tried to give me a procedure date for the middle of February. When it became clear for them that I am not coming back, and not quitting to get my money back, they never replied. So now I am seeking legal help to get refund for the undone surgery. I have read it before that they had the same excuse to reschedule others procedures as well. They are not professionals, nor trustworthy. Please, don't go to them.

Update 1:
I filed a Small Claims Court claim against them back in the beginning of March. Unfortunately the claim came back as unserved. But I don't give up. They should pay back what they owe.

Update 1: I have received a letter from Care Quality Comission regarding an investigation against this place as they are unregistered health provider.

Please, do yourself a favour and don't go to them. They are not just scammers but would put your health at risk.

I had Vaser lipo booked for today 27/1/26
Yesterday at 5 am I receive a WhatsApp from Brendan saying they cannot do my surgery as the machine is not working and they have had a leak in the clinic . I had already booked a hotel in London and my train so I had to cancel my hotel which luckily they waived the fee. I asked for a refund as I cannot do another date in the near future as I’m going travelling for a while . Last night at 8.20 I get a call from Brendan saying they can move my surgery to Harley st clinic , I had already changed all my plans so cannot now change again he said no problem they will refund me £2250 . This morning I receive an email from Ronnie saying I will be refunded I replied with when ? And do they need my bank details no response I called them at 6 pm with Brendan saying he can’t help but he will find out tomorrow . The other clinic I was originally going to 72 Nile street London I done some research and the only medical clinic there is rated inadequate so I think I had a lucky escape . I’m still waiting for my refund but if the shoe was on the other foot they want the payment upfront for surgery and if u cancel u only get a small percentage back . Seeing as they cancelled with short notice I should have my money back immediately in my book . The whole set up seems unprofessional back street , poor communication . I guess I should have done my due diligence into this company. I will update if and when I get my 2000 pounds back

Numerous calls to the clinic today nobody has picked up at all and not responded to my emails .
I will go ahead and file a money claim with the county court. Trading as Harley medical surgical ltd 128 city road london

UPDATE 2/2/26 called this ‘clinic every single day numerous times completely ignore my calls , the positive reviews are fake ! Please do not send this company any money they will steal from you !

10/1/26 still no refund they have blocked my phone number and ignore calls and emails . I have filed a money claim see how they like having a ccj against there company ! I paid them in good faith that my surgery would be completed I have all the evidence of the emails promising a refund and cancelling my surgery

9/4/26 was told by the guy who answered phone I cancelled my surgery , um no they did . Still no refund please take a look at google reviews I have uploaded proof of there deceit . Please do not give this fake clinic a penny of your money you will never see it again

I had Vaser liposuction on my upper and lower abdomen and flanks, and I am pleased with my experience.

The consultation was clear and professional, and I felt well looked after throughout. The procedure went smoothly and the aftercare was explained properly.

Excellent experience with Harley Body Clinic.
1. Pre-surgery appointment was good, they answered all of my questions properly.
2. The surgery itself went very well. The surgeon knew his stuff, answered my questions, and performed the surgery very well. Surgery itself was 10/10. Support staff were also kind and attentive.
3. Follow-up care was also good. No complaints there. I called the clinic many times with questions, and they were always available to answer my questions.

Things were very Clear while explaining the procedure, realisticly possible outcomes. My surgery was great, Half of the cure came from pofessional and careful behavior of the team. Also, Pre and post care were excellant.
Overall it was an excellent experience. All positive vives, making me fearless.

I am honestly so happy with my results. I had a little stubborn fat around my abdomen and flanks that just wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried. The laser lipo was smooth and the recovery was much quicker than expected and I started seeing noticeable changes in just few days.

The team took amazing care of me, explained everything very clearly and I felt very comfortable throughout. I feel more confident, lighter and absolutely love the shape I am in now.

I originally paid £4,450 for a Vaser Liposuction procedure scheduled for 13 September 2025. After completing all pre-surgery requirements, taking time off work, and travelling to the clinic, I was informed on the day that their Vaser machine had malfunctioned and the procedure could not go ahead.

I was assured in writing that a full refund would be issued promptly. Instead, what followed was almost two months of delays, during which I repeatedly had to chase the clinic for updates.

During this period, the clinic emailed me multiple times stating they were experiencing “financial difficulties”, were “running at a loss”, and could only refund me gradually in small instalments. At one point I was asked to remove my negative reviews, which I did temporarily in order to allow the refund to progress — something no customer should feel pressured to do.

Refunds eventually arrived in several instalments (£1,000, £450, £250 etc.), long after the cancellation. Although I am now fully refunded, this entire process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and significant inconvenience.

My concerns based on my experience:
• Procedure cancelled due to equipment malfunction
• Refund only partially paid over many weeks
• Repeated references to financial instability in their own emails
• Pressure to remove reviews to avoid delays
• Poor communication throughout

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic proceeds with extreme caution and ensures they fully understand the risks based on my experience.
