Exceptional experience!
It took me years and years and many consultations later to finally find the perfect place, and CFS was definitely that place for me.
From my initial enquiry I felt completely comfortable. My patient coordinator Carla is one in a million.
The receptionist Cacey is an incredibly welcoming person, always lovely speaking with her and she sets a lovely tone for purpose of your visit.
When I had my consultation with Dr Metin I knew straight away he was the right surgeon. His consultation was the most thorough and picked up on things that no other consultation ever did!
The entire support and clinical team over the telephone leading up to my procedure were fantastic and highly supportive.
On the day I was made to feel so comfortable and the nursing staff professionalism is first class.
The head nurse was Saomya and I was also very well supported by Hibha, Vivek, Saima and Ateed in theatre.
I had two procedures under local anaesthetic on my face and neck that lasted just over 2 hours. It was a very positive experience and painless. Dr Metin’s expertise is absolutely incredible.
I’ve had the best follow up appointments and after care experience with the nursing team. They really are exceptionally caring and give great advice, nothing is too much for them. Hibha has been absolutely lovely and supportive.
I would have no hesitation in recommending CFS to anyone who wants an authentic, trustworthy and safe experience with excellent results with expert surgeons, nurses and customer care team.

My experience with CFS has been amazing from start to finish, a well deserved 5 stars, if I could give more would and wouldhighlyrecommendthis company. I booked my consultation through Nikesh who is a very understanding person and help me with everything that I needed, they have a lovely softly spoken lady on the reception that makes you feel very welcome. I met with Dr Metin Nizamoglu who went through everything with me and was very understanding about what this surgery meant to me and was happy to take away my man boobs that I have had for over 30+ years. I had my surgery on 19/02/26 and I was very impressed with the service I received, from start to finish. Dr Metin Nizamoglu is an amazing person he has made me so happy and I could thank him enough for what he has done for me, not forgetting the team of people that work alongside him. The aftercare nurse that was working looked after me very well and made sure I wasn't i any discomfort. They made sure my wife was ok upstairs as well, which was very important to me. On all of my follow up appointments the aftercare team looked after me, making sure that I was happy with how I was healing and being so careful when they changed my dressings.

I'm pleased with the facelift performed by Dr Vlachos. He's a very capable surgeon.
I did struggle with the initial sketchy guidance last year and slightly disappointing result but after raising my concern a revision surgery was provided which gave the result I was after. I am now very happy.

From start to finish everything was professionally handled. Dr Vlachos was so very lovely and put me at ease from my very first consultation. The nursing staff were so friendly and caring and could not do enough for me. I was over the moon with the outcome of my surgery and would recommend Centre for Surgery 100%!

Brilliant! Just had a bi-lateral Earlobe reduction surgery. Still a bit sore. The whole procedure from consultation to surgery has gone wonderfully. The nurses are great! Very helpful. The Surgeon and assistants do everything to make sure you are comfortable. The after care has been great so far, even received a telephone call when i got home after surgery to check in on me. Back in next week for the stitches to come out. looking forward to it.

I had a rhinoplasty consultation with Dr Spyridon, originally wanting to have my nose operated on to fill in my nose bridge area. Dr Spyridon was beyond friendly and understanding, and explained to me that getting a nose filler would be a better choice and much less invasive and expensive, and helped me book in an appointment for a nose filler.
Dr Spyridon was the one doing the nose filler on the day of the appointment, he was very friendly and welcoming, explaining any concerns or questions I had, the procedure itself was quick and painless, just a small pinch. The results are amazing and i absolutely love the results, the staff were very friendly and professional.

Lip lift Dr. Shehab Jabir.

I firstly spoke to Pia on the 'phone. She is a very nice human and a pleasure to engage with. She was thereafter with me on Whatsapp for every little detail, which proved a hugely useful. I felt fully reliant on her.

Also the theatre nurses, who also manned reception were lovely, natural and helpful people. I do thank them for their kind contact.

More than its effect on the size of the top lip, the lip lift shortens the philtrum and increases tooth show. However, it doesn't stop there: it alters the position, the "lie" of the lip and increases the arch in the middle and improves overall shape. In fact, my observation is that the bottom lip is also affected because of the extra space created in between.

In the right hands, lip lift is a procedure which enhances the face as a whole. It is hugely anti-aging, while only being performed under local anaesthetic, the shorter philtrum and well-shaped lip being a primary feature of youth.

So, I very much feel I was in the right hands with dr. Jabir. Literally! His speciality is hands and wrist. The skills required to master this area are extensive. The human hand is an essential sensing and responding, working, mechanical tool that we take for granted, but which, accordingly, is a most difficult, intricate affair. Transferring these skills to the lip, precisely marking and lifting each layer benefits greatly from such practised deftness.

The outcome after the stitches had been removed: I could make out the scar only because I knew it was there under my nose, but it was invisible to my friends after only one week! Also I loved that his particular technique produced a natural, graceful curve. A minimal amount of filler completed the look, which, I found out, he also does.

So on both the healing front and aesthetic result, top marks! I guess, from a vain point of view, the aesthetic side being very important, but it is also good to know the care is there.

...Just to add that, one really appreciates that while he is exploring his aesthetic eye, Dr. Jabir continues working within the NHS, applying his very hard won skills to helping patients....

This clinic's procedures simply don't allow patients to give informed consent, with vital information not shared without chasing, not shared until the very last minute, or just not shared at all.

My interaction with them ended when I flagged Dr. Jabir hadn't discussed certain risks with me, and he cancelled at the very last moment rather than discuss those risks.

Update 1/12/2025: The Centre for Surgery is now falsely claiming this is not a genuine review.

Every aspect of my experience at this Centre has been nothing short of excellent. My patient coordinator , Nikesh, was extremely efficient in dealing with any queries I had beforehand and also during the booking process. The initial consultation with Mr Tillo was very informative and fully covered all aspects of the procedure. He put me at ease with his professionalism and friendly approachability.
The support staff were so helpful during the preparation for surgery and in their supportiveness subsequently. Any questions I asked were responded to swiftly and effectively.
The surgery itself went really well as a result of all the staff that looked after me on the day and especially the very talented surgeon!
The aftercare I received from the nurses was of the highest quality. They were so kind and caring and kept in touch regularly to check on my recovery.
I have no hesitation in recommending both this clinic and the amazing Mr Tillo . I will be returning for a second procedure in the near future.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere, lovely nurses

I had lost a lot of weight quickly due to life events and was left with sagging rolls of skin on my butt. I found it quite inhibiting. I however had an online and face to face consultation with the consultant who agreed to do the op on 6/9/25. The consultant was VERY patient with me on the day of the op, even when I questioned another way to do the op. He took the time to review my needs, go back to the 'drawing board', and reassess my needs. In the end I agreed with his plan and he did a remarkable job. My rear area is massively improved, it has healed well, and I am so glad I 'took the plunge'. The nursing staff were also attentive and understanding. All in all a sensitive, efficient and well priced approach. Many thanks

I entered a time in my life where I was able to be my self. As with all trans people I new that I was in the wrong body from a very young age. whilst I did not have the struggles of some and have had a full and and enjoyable life. I came to the point were I needed to be fulfilled as a women not a man. All I needed for this was a pair of breasts nothing more nothing less. The best and safest way for that was breast implants nothing extreme just doubling my breast size. From the very start I found the Centre for Surgery were understanding, informative and above all professional, in there treatment. Through out the prosses I was treated with care and understanding and above all I felt very safe in their hands. I now have a perfect pair of C cup breasts and I am more than just happy I am full filled and super excited at being alive. I thank all those at the Centre for Surgery for giving me this and would recommended them very highly, you will be safe in there hands.

I came to this clinic specifically requesting a skin graft for a self-harm scar on my wrist. I’m a qualified adult nurse and had done extensive research, including successful cases abroad. From the start, I made it clear through multiple online forms and repeated photo submissions seporate for each of these forms in different lighting I made it clear through these forms that I was only interested in a skin graft. I received no feedback or indication that this wouldn’t be offered.

After travelling from Ipswich to London, I was met with a 15-minute consultation that felt dismissive and patronising. Dr suggested turning my scar back into a straight line, essentially undoing my previous Z-plasty and making it resemble a self-harm scar again. This was not only clinically inappropriate but emotionally insensitive. All the while he tried to patronise me in to saying my research on is not important. Best he could do is scar revision that makes it look like a self harm scar again

If the clinic had no intention of offering a skin graft, they should have told me upfront. Instead, I was strung along through multiple admin steps, wasting time, effort, and £100. It’s disappointing to see a lack of transparency and patient-centred care, especially when dealing with something as personal and vulnerable as self-harm scarring.

I expected professionalism and respect. What I received was a costly, unhelpful experience that ignored my clearly stated needs.

Haven't been to see them yet but I'm impressed that they answered a general enquiry. Some don't and it doesn't give me confidence in them.

This is my second review for Centre for Surgery and once again, I'm compelled to express my appreciation. From the warmth and professionalism of their staff to the ease of online consultations - very valuable as I live outside the Uk - their clinic impresses.

The doctors are not only highly skilled but committed to quality and patient well being.
Each surgical option is presented with clarity and compassion.

The clinics calm, welcoming atmosphere makes each visit feel reassuring. It's rare to find a place that blends excellence in all these ways.

Very happy with my surgery results, and the dedication and care of all of the teams involved in making it happen. There were regular follow-ups to ensure I had all of the information I needed, and that continued post-operation as well, with the nurses ensuring I was well looked after. The patient coordinator team were also fantastic at communicating and organising everything, and I never felt overwhelmed or out of the loop.
