I ordered the coffee bean advent calendar for my husband for Christmas but am shocked to have received it already, 12 weeks before advent. I always thought you were meant to use coffee beans as close to roasting as possible so this worries me that the coffee won’t taste as good as it should if it had been fresh. I was expecting the calendar to be on pre order ready to dispatch just before advent starts. I hope I am wrong and it will be ok

Better than perfect coffee from a better than perfect coffee supplier ...

I thought that Grind would be my go-to web based coffee & took out a bean subscription. This worked ok for a while until I tried to add a bag of ground. This proved impossible & ended up with me inadvertently taking out a number of new subscriptions. The net result being that I ended up with 3 kg of ground within 3days. No help from Grind; no admissions & no returns. No joy & no more of them.

I was amazed to place an order on Sunday, receive a response on Monday morning, and receive the parcel on Tuesday!

Even if the coffee hadn't been the excellent quality expected, I would have been delighted!

We love the Grind Advent Calendar and order one every year. Beautifully boxed and presented and an excellent design. Specialist,festive coffee pods for each day make it a special time! Love it!

I bought this as a gift so have no idea yet how it good or bad it is, but I can comment on the swiftness of the despatch and packaging both of which were excellent.

I accidentally ordered ground coffee rather than whole bean. A mistake that I realised seconds after I made it. This was so gutting, but with a newborn baby & a lack of sleep mistakes can happen. I emailed Grind quickly asking for their help to swap it over before dispatch, not holding much hope… but they did! What a great company that actually cares about its customers. Thank you grind!

Great choice of coffee based advent calendars meant I was able to find something for both my husband and daughter. Good website, reasonable pricing and quick delivery make shopping from Grind a pleasure. Fab graphics on the pod calendar and stylish whole bean calendar. Highly recommend.

I bought a grind coffee machine which is a beautiful item in itself February 2024, I subscribed to their regular pod delivery and even stayed with the service during significant price increases, however just recently the machine started to flood coffee all over my kitchen counter instead of the cup, I politely contacted Grind to ask if they could arrange a repair ( understanding it is out of warranty) to be told they had no idea what was wrong, couldn't give me any indication of price and asked for me to pay my own shipping, after some emails with videos of the problem etc no further contact at all. I was a loyal customer for a few years and love their coffee such a pity the customer service is awful. Something as simple as a discount code for a replacement or free shipping for a repair estimate would not be hard to make the customer feel looked after
