Coffee always tastes great. Swapped from decaf to full roast and flavours great. Website easy to navigate and speed of delivery really quick.

I visited the branch in Queens Road Bristol in solidarity with Jews after Black Sheep's recent trouble with keffiyeh fascists. The coffee and croissant were both fine and I wanted to leave a more positive review, but the noise was unbearable. Please turn the music down and tell the staff not to shout.

The coffee tasted ok, it is not freshly ground though. The date on mine was September 2025 so 7 months old. It is not ground fine enough for v60 or an aeropress. Theres better freshly ground coffee out there for the money you pay.

Good coffee, and very consistant. Always use a French Press, and most always satisfied.

We stopped for Coffee this afternoon, at Northlights, and I struggled to get access on line for ordering on the App. My initial frustration was allayed by staff member Ruby who patiently took me thro’ the App working process to successfully order our Coffee and then brought them to our seat, a big thank you Ruby for your patience and service;

Coffee is ok, but their customer service is woeful. Contacted them twice by email, but never had the courtesy to reply.

Especially the Black Sheep in Bishopsgate is amazing! I always feel welcome and the service is quick. All the staff are always smiling :)

This time delivery was much longer then usually & coffee smelt a bit over roasted & more bitter then precious purchased ones

Went to the Shepherds Bush shop. One of 2 self service screens not working. Second very slow. Staff not wanting to manually serve. Never been to BS coffee before. Walked back out. Won’t try again ! Seem indifferent

After hearing others rave about the Revival beans, I ordered some but was disappointed to find they were roasted 5 months ago with an expiry date of January 2027. I thought they were freshly roasted but they could in theory be up to a year old when you buy them

we went in as a party of 3 after work around 5:15, for a change, as we usually go to Starbucks in Colne. The server who took our order, really did not look as though she wanted to be there, she took our order and we received what we ordered. We wanted a second round as it were, but were told that 'we close soon', we ordered a couple of cool drinks that could be taken away, but I wanted a double espresso, and was told it would only be served in a takeaway paper cup, that did not suit me, so I declined. So a sale, no matter how small was lost, and even though the coffee is better than our normal place, it is doubtful that we would go again after work.
As the location is a stand alone part of a large self store facility, working standard(ish) office hours is not particularly a great business model. I would have thought that opening earlier & later would be a great benefit to the area as a whole, and of course to your turnover.

Had a lovely pistachio latte and almond croissant from Black Sheep Coffee in Merry Hill this evening. Lovely drink, friendly staff and great service. Drink was made by Kia. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service.

I recently had a Black Sheep coffee at the train station and couldn’t believe what I’d been missing out on, it was the best coffee I think I’ve ever had (sounds dramatic, I know!). So once I realised they did Nespresso pods I had to order immediately, I don’t want my mornings to be without them!!

They repeatedly serve coffee that is not as it should be. For example, the coffee is supposed to come with cream, and very often there is no cream in it. No warning or communication either. Paid in full every time. I complained once, they said they were going to offer a refund. Never received it. Their customer service won't bother to respond. Useless service, which is shame because their coffee can taste good when it is properly made and served.
