Gr8 Fires thank you for your speedy delivery 🚚. Our log burner is packaged very well with clear detail on it. Pleasant helpful customer service 😊. She’s still in the box as we’re not quite ready for fitting. Looking forward to cosy evenings in front of the fire.

Long story short.
Long story short.
Cancelled the order as apparently they were shut for holidays or staff training depending how you contacted them.
Didn't know that they were completely shut until I had paid and got the invoice, No mention of anything on there site of being closed so only found out when I received the invoice so I emailed to cancel four days before they reopened, It took over two weeks to get a refund which is absolutely ridiculous.

Black Fireplace Fret ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Firstly I have to say this is the cheapest replacement fireplace fret I could find by a mile. Others were the same product for £££ more unbelievable. Came so quickly and so well packaged. Exactly the same fret I had but fresh and new and makes fireplace look so modern. Wont be shopping anywhere else. Thanks so much. Delighted and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us.

How whole company can be on holiday at the same time?

50inch media wall kit
50inch media wall kit. Ordering to delivery was good. Build instructions are easy to follow with excellent parts labelling. Took a few hours to build. The video makes it look easy... warning it's very heavy so plan extra hands when setting it to the wall as it's some weight when built. Take out the fire place glass before you install, reduces some of the weight . I placed laminate boards under each side to help slide it in and out to set the wall fixings. Needs filling and painting next. Recommend this kit.
