The Good - and the Not So Good
From when I made my online purchase of my 2nd Ezeeglow Mini Zara to the time it arrived was not very long at all.
This 2nd Mini Zara is a replacement for the 1st one I purchased in November 2023 that abruptly stopped working earlier this year (2026).

Thanks for your feedback. When you contacted our customer care team, it was explained that the bricks have been redesigned and now come in two halves.
At the time, there was no mention that the bricks were the incorrect size. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to look into this and help rectify the issue.

Let down by the very poor courier company
First fire sent via DX courier, gave me a delivery time and date, only to be cancelled a couple of hours before delivery time. They then gave me an alternative date, I tried to inform them I was not available to no avail as they still tried to deliver. They subsequently lost my fire completely. GR8 fires dispatched a replacement via another courier, thankfully arrived safely albeit two weeks late. Not the best experience.

We’re really sorry about the issues you had with the original courier. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have the delivery cancelled, another attempt made when you weren’t available, and then for the fire to go missing altogether.
We’re glad we were able to get a replacement sent out with another courier and that it arrived safely in the end, although we appreciate that the two-week delay was far from ideal.
