I am very sorry for this delay on your new stove, I can see you emailed on Friday after closing so that is why you haven't got a reply yet. I tried to call the courier this morning to get an update for you but they are closed due to being a Sunday and reopen 8am tomorrow morning. You will get a call with an update tomorrow morning from our customer services team.
Again we are very sorry for this and understand you want to get your new stove fitted!

Amazing fires
Amazing fires, I have two different ones from them and they are fantastic, had one for over 5 years and had no issues whatsoever, works perfect and looks amazing. Totally recommend it

Not opened the fire yet as I am waiting for a media wall to be built.

Delivery was quick and i was kept informed of tracking..
Received within 3 days of ordering and that was with a weekend, was originally told could be up to 2 weeks.
Watch for my update hopefully within 3 weeks.

Speedy delivery good communication. The company even took the time to email to check on the performance of the delivery company used which had also been excellent. I thought this demonstrated a good level of customer care.

Great until delivery .your vehicle could not gain acsess to our property so rather than come and make contact you got the manager of the park to deliver it But no one made contact with us to sign anything

Delivery went all to pot and no customer care
I ordered two fires and two inspection tubes - was told the logistics company would contact me to arrange delivery date and time - they didn’t after 4 workings days I contacted GRE8 Fires and was given a number for logistics company who must sub contract to other smaller companies after some transferring was put in touch with Pall Ex courier who told me it was on van to be delivered that day .
I had told GRE8 fires before ordering and again on ordering, I needed to know exact date and time frame as house under renovation - I was told by Pall Ex on van and to be delivered that day . I was told they could take off and redeliver next day - I asked they were delivered around lunch time and asked for confirmation phone call of this - guess what no phone call back .
At 8.30 am next morning A delivery driver rang me to state he was outside address and if I didn’t accept order or he could not leave them ,I would be charged £50.00 re delivery . I had to have them delivered 10 doors away . I got straight into pall Ex and GRE8 fires who were little help and I had to go after work and try and move 102 kg fire and a 92 kg fire with help of kind neighbours . I told GRE8 fires this and had no acknowledgment back basically washed their hands if it an utter disgrace and customer care zilch . Very little help on ordering infact prefer you to order on line . Queries I had given wrong information . Would I recommend No and very disappointed in service received just another online seller with no customer care at all . I couldn’t have done more to avoid this and told them from start - basically people aren’t sitting on their arses all day waiting for deliveries they don’t know are being delivered on that date !
I would Avoid like the plague and feel totally let down .
I told GRE8 fires my contract was with them in that the ordering through to delivery was their responsibility and I should not have to chase after couriers delivering .
The delivery driver probably got the back lash but he was only doing his job .
As a result my fires were soaking wet from being outside and could have fallen foul of opportunist thieves - I told GRE8 fires they’d be held responsible by such a farce of a delivery .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delivery of your fires.
Having reviewed the situation, it was clear that your request for a callback and agreed delivery arrangements had not been communicated correctly by the delivery network, resulting in the driver arriving when nobody was available.
As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we apologised, confirmed that you would not be responsible for the £50 redelivery charge, and offered to arrange for the fires to be moved from your neighbour's property to your own. We also advised you not to attempt to move the two heavy fires yourself and contacted the logistics company to establish where the communication had broken down.
We were also happy to address any concerns regarding the condition of the fires following the delivery.
We are genuinely sorry that you were put in this position and appreciate that you should not have had to spend your time chasing the courier. We have taken your feedback seriously and have raised the communication issues with the delivery company to help prevent this happening again.
