I waited over 30 minutes to speak with some body about my paper work regarding my car insurance policy they still didn't answer yhe phone to me. Had to deal with it through email. Bad customer relations I would say

It went great once I had received my…
It went great once I had received my quote fast and efficient however before I received my quote it wasn't quite like that. I gave all my details then got told id have to wait an hour for my quote. I didn't hear anything and had to goto work so I rang the next day where as a colleague said I can't get your quote up yal have to wait on the fella you were dealing with come off the phone however he didn't ring me back for a 2nd time so I had to go all weekend till Tuesday with out cover as it was bank holiday however when I rang Tuesday it all went well.
