Worst company ever to answer phone been ringing them for over a week now each time after waiting 2 hours for them to answer I have had to end the call I have sent them 3 emails which they have just completely ignored DO NO USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THEM ITS BASICLY IMPOSSIBLE

Furkhan was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly how everything worked and made sure he had all the correct information from the beginning, so there wouldn’t be any issues further down the line.
Although he couldn’t initially secure the same price I had seen online, he told me to give him a few hours while he checked with another underwriter to see if he could match or beat it — and he did!
He called me back as promised and helped me get everything set up. Brilliant customer service, professional throughout and genuinely went the extra mile.

I was promised a call back…
I was promised a call back on Tuesday 1st September before 6pm to discuss a new quote, this was at 16:45, after a 45 minute call, I tried to call back at 18:34 and waited in the queue for 26 minutes, at 7pm the line cut off because you had shut. I’ve still had no call back and the “service” you provide is shocking
