Extremely smooth and easy process
Extremely smooth and easy process to book a car online. I did this one day in advance and the car was available and washed for pick up the next day. The location of the car rental kiosk was extremely convenient (Nelson, NZ), and the kiosk staff member was lovely, informative, and efficient. The car was excellent and drop-off extremely easy.

Brilliant all round experience
Brilliant all round experience, from the booking phase, through to communication received. No deposit needed to secure booking, pay at counter available and great value for $$$. We arrived in torrential downpour, the shuttle bus driver was very efficient loading the many travellers and baggage. Minimal wait time to collect keys, we had prefilled online check in. Drop off just as simple with the shuttle bus driver returning us to the airport. Well done Go Rentals - our families will certainly utilise your services in the future.

Cancellation cost should be waived if I stayed with company as loyal customer
All booking was online. I booked originally on one price then I booked again on lesser price on the company scheme. But original cancellation was on cost which pinched me. If I leave the company then one can charge me. My loyalty and trust was not admired.
Other things were excellent. No flaw.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very helpful staff at the site in Auckland, we had a problem with our travel plans that wasn’t their fault, yet they bent over backwards to help and found a solution. Very friendly staff on the check in desk and shuttle bus.

The app makes this incredibly easy and quick, no waiting around to collect the car and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Toyota Yaris Hybrid drives like a dream!
4 Day trip away was Fabulous. The booking was made with someone who knew me and my specific needs. The courtesy and friendliness of staff at the pick-up and return of trip was great. As someone spends a lot of time alone being able to share a story or two with someone is very special. I loved driving a car that is clean, safe, reliable and very comfortable. Also knowing help is only a phone call away if I have any questions about the car and its operation is invaluable for my peace of mind when driving. Having a break away is rare, Go Rentals, ticks all the boxes for me. Thank you, Team, for making the trip a dream come true.

Smooth driving

Fast, Friendly, Efficient
Very easy to use through the app and great pick up and drop off - fast, friendly, efficient. Great quality and clean car. Quick airport transfer too. And one of the few places that are happy to rent to Restricted Licences. Highly recommend.

We didn't get the car we thought we had…
We didn't get the car we thought we had rented but that said the car we did have was ok, perhaps a little down on power but its not if your doing much speeding in NZ ;)
Car condition was fine and mechanically sound but like so many new cars, too many electronic gadgets which took a while to locate and turn off.
Overall the car we had was fine for our needs and Go Rentals were very easy to deal with :)

I was extremely impressed with this rental vehicle experience from start to finish. The online booking process was quick, easy, and straightforward, with clear communication throughout.
The service was friendly, professional, and efficient, making pick-up and drop-off seamless.

Exceptional hire
From the easy online booking system to pickup of vehicle was an easy hassle free experience. Drop off was an easy process also. And to top it off we had a brand new vehicle. Would definitely use Go Rental again.
