Staff very helpful
All staff were very helpful, particularly Clare the manager and Jaydon on the till. The pricing of my purchases didn’t go through correctly, but both staff members were quick to rectify to ensure I received the correct price.

Excellent staff

Came into store this afternoon to get some camping stuff and we purchased some items we were served by a lovely lad called Tom who was really nice his colleague called Rory also helped with a discount as we had a display item and the manager kindly gave us a discount so we where really happy love this store always so welcoming and friendly really nice friendly store highly recommend it here x

I got served by Rory who was great! They where chatty and helped find a lost code for the wellys i was buying. Friendly workers really make all the difference!

Super Staff
Store clean, well stocked and clean. Our dog is always welcomed. Staff super friendly and helpful if you need them. Toilets onsite lovely 😍 Tom served us today he was polite and very friendly 😀

Visited festival park Stoke-on-trent store ,and was served by 2 lovely girls both called katie ,very helpful ,was ment to collect a tent the next day and they got it ready there and then in the shop for us to take away with us. Both very polite
Harry on the lower level till is also lovely to deal with very good and polite.

Fantastic customer service!
Visited the stoke go outdoors after we couldn’t get everything we needed online, and we’re so glad we did!
We not only got what we needed, but for a great price too!
The staff were extremely helpful from start to finish. One staff member upstairs overheard us talking about a kitchen we wanted but it couldn’t find. This staff member (didn’t get name sorry), and Tilly located the display kitchen and allowed us to take this! We were so grateful as it was out of stock everywhere! And we got it for a bargain price.
Harry on the till was also fantastic, very friendly and accommodating, helping us locate our membership information.
Thanks, we’re now sorted for our camping trip!

Wrong address!
The store at festival park stoke was great when we got there but due to the the wrong address on the website we wasted half hour round stokes one way system trying to find the store. We eventually parked up and went on foot and after still not being g able to find the store we asked inside a little shop who said the store had moved some time ago. 😡😡
