Purchased some wet weather gear today and Bruce assisted us in making a decision. He was not in your face but offered his valuable experience.

Great service and advice with my recent visit at GO Outdoors in Solihull . I was only planning to browse but the attentive service and prices were too good not to buy . Good selection of Backpacks and plenty of other great things to purchase .

Had the wrong order not what I ordered went along to the local store they did not stock what I wanted but he was able to order for me at the store so we’ll done the Solihull store

I want to say a massive thank you to Katt at the Solihull store who literally saved Christmas for my son! Katt went out of her way to find a product at another store with very little information. The item had been cancelled by the online store due to incorrect stock showing, leaving me bereft as to how I would be able to find this product literally sold out everywhere! There wasn’t even a bar code but Katt offered to do a search using the product code and managed to find just one of the item and even telephoned the other store to get it reserved! I am beyond grateful as this product is no longer available from the manufacturer, other European stores and was likely the last item of this kind on the planet! I really needed a miracle! Thank you so much! A real Christmas angel!

Bruce was so helpful today - attentive and offering great guidance and advice, pointing out the different features of the items I was trying to decide on. He clearly knows his products and made the process of choosing which walking boots to buy enjoyable. It’s a long time since I experienced such good customer service. I will be back! Great service today from Katt and store manager today. I visit the store often and always leave a review no matter who serves me! Really happy with my Peter storm parka today… will keep me warm as winter is most definitely here! 49£ for a parka you can’t complain really!

Amazing bargain, leather walking boots reduced from £100 to £45 for members. Although shop was due to close for stocktaking I wasn't hurried and served with a smile.
