Said they were going to ship my vinyl in 12 weeks, but that was 5/16 and today is 9/2. I'm guessing my money is just gone?

My safe the bees hoodie was shipped after 4 months and the quality is not that good for a 90$ Sweater

I ordered an album from their website back in April. Its now the end of August and still haven't received my order. Their customer service hardly ever respond and when they do, they make excuses. NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR SITE!!

it’s been 3 months and they still haven’t shipped my igor merch order. Are there any chances to get my money refunded?

I ordered the Igor vinyl pack on May 25th and I still haven’t got a sent a shipping email after nearly 2 months .

For anyone who wants to buy anything, go to the store. Don’t purchase anything online. Still waiting for my order to be fulfilled and I purchased almost 25 days ago. Don’t bother even wasting your time and money at this point. GolfWang can’t handle their demand and just don’t buy anything.

it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t shipped my order. They had another drop but still haven’t shipped the previous drop. $10 shipping for a company that’s located in LA while i’m in the Bay Area. That should have taken a day to ship.

if i could put negative stars i would... your customer service is pathetic.. i pay $230 for a pair of shoes/keychain and sticker and my order is still incomplete... my sons birthday has now been and gone! your replying to emails is absolutely appalling.. i will be sharing my lousy experience with you guys! people should be weary!!

First time I ordered a hoodie everything vent well. This time everything seems to go wrong. GOLF Wang charged the full amount a week ago but haven't shipped the order. They are not responding to questions, that I left.

Jeg havde købt trøjen før jeg så anmeldelserne hvor jeg kunne se at de ikke var så gode men jeg syntes selv at det var godt siden der var hurtig levering og alt var som det skulle være ved leveringen dog syntes jeg at de blev lidt dyrt da jeg endte med at betale for det dobbelte af hvad trøjen egenligt kostede men ellers ville jeg sige at om man får det eller ej er lidt en 50/50 min ven har købt derfra to gange og har fået begge sine ordrer korrekt hver gang

i have ordered two hoodies for 205$ #415055 and eventually got only one! they’re not responding since 24th of december and there is even no way to contact them via email. Customer service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this store. But i have to admit, that the hoodie that i got was great.

I ordered a tee-shirt from Golf Wang for my son and because the shipping form was not filled out correctly, I had to pay as much in import tax as the tee-shirt cost.
I emailed Golf Wang over a week ago, So far I have heard nothing. They give minimal contact details so Customer Service is extremely bad. They dont even email you to say them are dealing with the problem. Does anybody know where there Customer Service is based?
I will not order from them again and I would encourage anyone ordering from them to be aware of their incompetency when it comes to filling the shipment forms

Jeg er kommet til den konklusion, at jeg aldrig køber noget derfra igen. Jeg købte 2 trøjer fra deres webside og den ene er aldrig kommet og den anden kom men er en anden model end hvad jeg havde bestilt. Bliver lidt skuffet, da mærket egentlig er mega fedt!
Service niveau er bare komplet elendigt og har nu ventet 20 dage for at få mine penge tilbage. Det var på en af deres alm trøjer jeg havde bestilt men blev åbenbart udsolgt efter jeg havde betalt for den.
