Please do not order from this site; I ordered one shirt and said it would arrive in 3 months. Ok, whatever, its golf wang, worth the wait. No, it's not. After failed communication throughout the delivery process, I inquired about the shirt to check up on it, and it got "lost in the mail". I had to ask the site about the shirt for them to inform me that the shirt would not arrive (note this is like one week before [i thought] the shirt would get to my house). They then proceeded to say that they would refund me w/in 8-10 days... which is most definitely way too long in the first place.
I am not ordering from golf wang for a long time; I wasted $50 on a shirt that I would actually get.

Honestly get some crocs and jibbitz for the same price (if your order crocs on Zappos, it's like $10 less, and mine got here in 3 days.

Around the time IGOR was released, GOLF offered several pre-order bundles. I purchased the limited edition vinyl bundle, which came with the vinyl, a poster, and a sticker. I figured that it would take a while to arrive, as the website said it would ship out in roughly 12 weeks, so I ordered it and watched the shipping status for the next 5 months or so. When the status finally changed over to shipped, I was excited. Upon the delivery, I noticed that the package was fairly small, and after opening it, I was greeted with just the vinyl, without anything else included in the bundle. So, I then messaged their support staff explaining that I was missing half my order. The response was an automated one, simply stating that my package was delivered. I sent a follow-up message and re-explained the situation and received a message which stated GOLF was not accountable for anything lost in the mail. However, there was no obvious indication that the package was tampered with in any way. So, I messaged back, re-explained what the deal was, and explained that the package indicated that it was an issue on GOLF's end. They then proceeded to tell me that they were going to fix the situation by shipping out my missing items. I thanked them and waited... and waited... and waited, and that's where I am at now. I sent a reply message and got nothing. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have personally ever experienced. I enjoy their products I have purchased in the past, and the vinyl looks and sounds great, but that does not excuse neglecting to ship out half of my order. Ridiculous. For those looking to purchase GOLF items, buy them at a concert, because their website is a borderline scam.

They should have no stars really. The goods look great on screen but take ages to arrive, from China, and the hoodie that came is cheap quality, a tiny size and nowhere near worth the price we paid even though it was a Black Friday deal. Now they tell me I can't get a refund as it was bought in the sale. So angry and wishing I'd read these reviews before purchasing steer well clear.

1 star is because my son likes the 3 items I bought him.

These people do not care about you as the consumer, or what product they put out.

The shirts are rough material, not cozy at all.

They sent the wrong items, cheaper products than what we ordered and paid for. No return shipping waybill provided - they make it so difficult to return, that you don’t end up doing it. A waste and disrespectful to your hard earned dollars, which is all they clearly want.

Inferior product.

Shameful customer service. Good luck getting ahold of anybody. Emails are spam style. You know they don’t actually give a shot (edited for language).

Never again & boycotting anything by TTC.

takes ages to for them to actually ship something to you, I’ve been waiting months for a mere sweatshirt. I recommend NOT buying straight from the golf website instead try Grailed or eBay. Wish they would improve their website so that the shipping would be quicker....

Not answering my mails. I haven’t receive my vinyl and keep on asking. I ordered in may 19 but they even stop to reply me. This is not a way to treat customer and fans. I am quite disappointed. I also angry because I cannot even get my cash back.

Ordered a pair of golf le fleur flames - emailed and only ever got generic apology emails with no updates. After two months they finally sent me a message saying the product I had ordered and paid for was out of stock and I was getting refunded. This was after newer stock was released for the same product (flames) that people after I ordered mine. How does this make any sense?

I ordered a bundle that was $25 in May and had to pay $20 of shipping which is ridiculous for an order thats only $25, plus I also am going to have to pay like $25 of income tax. It has now been 6 months and my package hasn't even shipped yet. I contacted DHL saying that my package is on "awaiting fulfillment" and they replied that GOLFWANG has the package, but has not instructed them to come pick it up. GOLFWANG replied to my message in June saying they did NO refunds, even if the package wasn't shipped yet, and they haven't replied to my 3 other messages!!! This is the worst merch experience I've had in my life. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I will never order anything from Wolf Gang again! This is the worst experience ever. Horrible service, horrible quality. Not worth the money, not worth the waiting.

Limited record is so poorly made that I regret I even ordered that, because the shipping of this record cost me almost 50$ (because of income tax to Europe, where they decided that parcel worth 66$ and I had to pay ~extra 25$ on top)

I ordered the igor vinyl on May 2019 and i'm still waiting it. Golf wang continues saying that they gave the package to the courier so they aren't responsible of any damage or missed delivery, while the courier says that they never received anything from Golf wang so they haven't any responsibility. In addition to this Golf wang replied me twice while i wrote them 20 emails, now I lost my money and no one will refund me.

i was obligated to “spin a wheel” of promotions in order to enter the website. i landed on 10$ off my purchase which was automatically applied at checkout. i ended up finding another hoodie i liked more on the site after purchasing one and emailed Golf Wang to see if i can exchange it. They said no cancelling orders or exchanging but i can return the item no problem within 7 days of receiving it. I did exactly that i sent it back 2 days after receiving it, payed for shipping back and wrote an email to inform them that i have sent it back. Weeks after i have still not received my 100$ refund so i sent another email, they replied saying i cannot get a refund because i purchased it on sale! But the item wasn’t on sale i was forced to apply a discount!!! and they dared keep the hoodie i sent back i can’t even sell it myself to get some of my money back!!!!!!!! horrible and deceiving WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THERE AGAIN

Oh God I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered!
I purchased IGOR special edition on the 28th of May and it still hasn't arrived. Next level awful on the customer service front; they haven't responded to my emails requesting an update or possible refund. I was told 12 weeks and to be patient, today it's 24 and I gather from these reviews I'll probably be waiting some more. That's $70 NZD down the drain, but compared to a lot of people on here, looks like I've gotten off easy! Total scam

Huge fan of the album Igor, but ordering at their store low key destroyed the relationship I had with he album. Unprofessional business, which does not know how to operate in Europe.

Lost 200$, because they refuse not to include the shipping fee on the invoice, increasing the VAT costs do an insane amount.

Although order was predicted to ship within 12 weeks, it was shipped on the 30th October so in total 23 weeks.

I also lost money due to their refusal for combining shippings, meaning I had to pay the shipping fee 3x. This with their no refund policy is hidden on their website in the q&a section. However it is beyond me how you that protects you from not handing out refunds when you yourself are not abiding to your own shipping terms

The reddit moderator also deletes comments related to the vinyls not shipping, giving the whole operation a shady undertone.

In summary i ordered 3x articles worth 30$ + 35 + 30$
,but paid 60$ instead of 20$ due to their shipping policy
and 150$ in tax and VAT miscalculations.

They deserve ZERO starts! Ordered $220.00 worth of Golf Wang clothes for my daughter for a Christmas Present. 8 days later I contact them by email (they do not list a phone number for customer service which should be the 1st clue they are crooks!) asking why after 8 days my order had not shipped. They then proceed to tell me it was a "pre-order" and will not be shipped for 12 weeks! No where did it say it was a preorder or advising of the long delay in shipping. Now, I have emailed them twice to cancel my order and issue a refund ASAP. Of course they have not responded! Now I will need to dispute it with my credit card company! They are running a scam! I wish I would have seen this website before placing my order.

I purchased a hoodie from Golf and not only did I receive the wrong hoodie (not even from golf, a crappy knockoff Astroworld hoodie), but when I contacted Golf about the mistake they said they could not exchange the wrong item for the actual item I purchased. I explained that I am working a minimum wage job and I saved my money to buy this hoodie as a gift for my partner, so I asked for a refund if they could not exchange for the actual item. They refused to refund me, so now I have lost a substantial amount of money that I saved for. I feel as though they have stolen my money and there has been no remorse or regret on their behalf. Suffice to say I am utterly upset with their customer service. I will never purchase anything from their company ever again.

Ordered the Golf Igor Pack (Shirt + Poster) and the special edition vinyl - received the shirt + poster but no vinyl (ordered on 16/5, it's now October). Customer support has not provided any useful information on when this will be shipped, only that it is coming sometime soon.

The shirt was good until washed (following manufacturer instructions), quality of the material and the shirt graphics go down with each additional wash.

150 days later and my igor vinyl has still not shipped. The only answers from their customer support have been basically: It will ship when it ships, no refunds or cancellation.

Absolutely unacceptable, never order from here.

I ordered the IGOR special edition vinyl, and being very patient (I ordered in mid May, it's now October) and I messaged them asking if I could change the address on the shipping because it was only supposed to take 12 weeks to ship and I've moved house now.
Now they are saying that they sent my package and that it's not their fault for the loss or damages and I have to take it up with DHL shipping? Yet I log into the website and the vinyl is still awaiting fulfilment and hasn't left the warehouse?

As well as this when I first made the order on the vinyl the following day they released a special edition picture disk that I ordered right away. I messaged them seeing as the orders were barely even 24 hours apart that they would do combined shipping for me, but no, they wouldn't. So that's a total of $40 USD on shipping.
The customer service is terrible and confusing, they won't give refunds and it's just a money grabbing website.
Save yourself the hassle and never order from this site, it's such a headache to deal with and you pretty much feel like you're getting scammed.

If you have any kind of a problem with an item it is impossible to get hold of their customer service team.

I have not received an item from them and it is not listed in the orders section on there webpage, which means I now have no means of communication them at all. Consumers have no means of communication with the store outside of the orders section. So if like me your order doesn't show up in this section, then you will never be able to contact the customer service team. So the store has affectively stolen £50 from my bank account.

I have the online reciept from them and the PayPal receipt. I have also tried repeatedly to contact them through social media as well, but no response. I have now had to open a case against them with PayPal.

I would avoid this store at all costs.

4 months of delay in my Igor vinyl order and I have to pay the customs tariff (24 euros more). Sorry Tyler you're e-commerce is a disaster.
