Some of the gag gifts you're selling are just disgusting.

Awful!! no contact. It states on their website that they take customers satisfaction 100% seriously. that is a load of baloney.
They have no phone number- suspicious already- and when you email them you get nothing.
I jus want to send an item back that I bought on a mighty deal ( that's another story)

Product arrived with damaged inner packaging and damage to the product itself. No response from Go Dynergy when I emailed them. Wouldn’t use again.

Ordered and paid for two garage door remote controls but only received one. It should be a simple matter to put another in the post to me, but they have failed to respond to my request that they fulfil my order.

This company have very high prices on their website, and also sell via Groupon at more realistic prices, although with the lure of an apparent 80% reduction. I guess their business model is buy cheap from Chinese wholesalers and sell on at an extortionate profit direct (if anyone stumbles across and buys from them direct), or sell at a moderate profit via groupon, with groupon doing the direct (to your inbox) marketing for them. For example; Fidget Spinners - Dynergy direct price £14.99 + delivery, Groupon price £2.99 + Delivery, Chinese prices from £1 (free delivery).
I bought set of 3 fidget spinner (assorted colours) from groupon, sold by groupon but delivered from Dynergy. Product quality is poor and all three are red. They took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. I should have purchased from Ali Express for less than half the price with an extra week wait for delivery.

Like a previous customer I have received no goods and no-one is replying to my emails. I would not use this company again as it looks like I've lost £24.

Acquistate due cuffiette beats, che si sono rotte dopo pochi giorni. Restituite a mie spese con raccomandata, nulla è stato sostituito, malgrado le numerose email inviate. Non acquistero' più nulla da questi fake e nemmeno tramite Groupon.

got make up brushes from this company, my daughter bought the same set elsewhere for 4.99 that i payed 23.99 for ! checked aliexpress for the products and dynergy are charging 5 or 6 times for the exact same products ...

I haven't received the items I paid for and had no answersv to my emails. do not buy from this company.

I ordered via this company. I have had no product and no response from various email.
After a bit of digging I found this number +44.2077949704 which is registered to mark Mackenna at 15E fitzjohns not 23 as they have on the website and is also linked to a fraudulent charity which is registered in a females name.
I also found an alternative email mark@firstpointdistribution with a co and a uk which also gave me no response. I have now claimed the money back off the bank.

This company took my money and never sent me the solar powered lights I ordered. I contact them various times and they just ignored me. After 2 months of nothing I was able to instruct PayPal to retrieve my money. Even when the company was contacted via PayPal, Mark Mackenna still the emails.

Do not use them if you expect to actually receive anything or any customer service!

My ordered item; a Cheeseboard with 4 knives, was delivered swiftly and the item was as shown on the website.

Purchased a 3 port 5.1 amp car charger from Dynergy through Groupon. Product arrived in 4 working days (Groupon said to expect it with 7). Have been using the product for 7 months now, fault free.
Its great, i charge my sat nav, phone and then have a spare slot free for if i have a passenger.
Not sure about their other lines but definitely recommend this product.

Ne sono state acquistate più di mille pezzi su groupon e groupon scarica la responsabilità su dynergy.com e questi della dynergy continuano a vendere indisturbati prodotti non originali e poco funzionanti con questo giochetto deĺlo scaricare responsabilità a partner... io ho comprato su groupon fidandomi pensando che groupon fosse una garanzia ma dopo questa esperienza non lo farò mai più, mi viene da pensare male su quella gente che ha acquistato questi prodotti verofinti insoddisfatta..

Acquistato telo multiuso per auto (avendo due cani di grossa taglia) ad € 9,99 spedizione inclusa di Dynergy (IT). Il coupon di Groupon illustrava, con foto, un bel telo nero steso nel bagagliaio di un presumibile SUV e con ben distinte - mediante cuciture - tutte le parti del bagagliaio stesso (schienale, zona laterale dei giri ruota, fondo del bagagliaio e addirittura ne fuoriusciva un abbondante porzione a coprire anche il paraurti). Il tutto munito di adeguate cinghie e agganci perimetrali per un idoneo posizionamento in aderenza.
Dimensioni dichiarate m.1,46x1,46.
Invece mi è arrivato un tovagliolone dicm. 134x138 "Aprox area coverage" (che non sono neanche stato lì a verificare), in tessuto monostrato di consistenza "usa e getta", con bordature perimetrali e due cinghie di colore rosso (a me che sono interista).
Probabilmente i centimetri mancanti sono serviti a ricavare i due tasconi presenti su un lato del tovagliolone e che non facevano parte dell'offerta su Groupon, né sono indicati nelle figure pseudo esplicative presenti sulla confezione (figure, a vero dire, che sarebbero indispensabili dato anche il fatto che tutte le scritte sono esclusivamente in britannico).
Ho tentato di coinvolgere Andrea B. (operatore on line di Groupon), affinchè fosse attuata una "mediazione" per farmi avere quanto reclamizzato, però il suddetto mi ha liquidato rimandandomi, in toto, al partner Dynergy. Parner che, non conoscendo l'inglese, ho desistito dal contattare data l'esiguità della spesa patita che dopo aver appreso le negativissime recensioni collezionate - in tutte le lingue - dal citato partner. Veramente deludenti sia Groupon che il partner!

Ho acquistato tramite groupon gli auricolari ubeats alla modica cifra di 33 euro anzi che 99,quando sono arrivate...sorpresa un bel falso groupon scarica responsabilita siu dyenergy loro non rispondono alle mail pensare che ne hanno vendute più di mille.....e nessuna sa rispondere

Ho ordinato una fila di luci di natale "1 x Star Silver Metal String Lights". Dopo un mese mi arriva una fila di luci "teapot candle", dei cerini completamente diversi dalla descrizione. Aperto il pacco una di queste luci era già accesa, lampeggiante, un'altra era rotta, e alcune presentavano delle macchie gialle.
Inutile dire che non rispondono alle email.

Ordine effettuato il 25/11/2015 tramite Groupon, messo in elaborazione il 27/11/2015. Fino a ieri nessun aggiornamento...
Ho contattato Groupon per avere notizie e mi hanno assicurato che la merce sarebbe arrivata nei tempi prestabiliti (4 settimane!!!!!).
Poi ho letto i commenti qua e sono andata in panico. Contatto il partner, con scarso successo. Zero risposte. Di nuovo a sentire il servizio clienti Groupon che mi tranquillizza.
Ma udite, udite... Oggi è arrivato l'ordine in ottimo stato e completamente funzionante.
Quindi a parte i tempi di attesa e scarsa se non nulla attenzione al cliente, non posso dare una valutazione totalmente negativa
