Ordered face masks through wowcher, never arrived. Ripped me off!!

Do not order from this company I ordered one of the electric cars it was a one-seater in March and I have got nothing from them they won't even answer my emails or anything else they ripped me off this company is a scam do not use this company

Ordered glasses from groupon. Received an empty jiffy bag inside a plastic bag from royal mail with a notice apologising for state of jiffy bag. I've bought a lot of stuff from groupon over past 5 years but I'll never buy from them again. They obviously do not carry out any due diligence on companies they use. Disgraceful

Bought a bag, disappointingly it came without a strap, contacted them via email 3 times, no reply. Can’t return without a return number allocated by them. The bag is totally no use to me now. Avoid this company.

Do not buy. Absolutely terrible quality and can see right through the material,so no PPE protection at all. Wowcher should not be selling these through their website.

Just received these black face masks which are very basic and actually look like bra cups! They are not worth £15 I paid for them. Bought them for protection as advertised on Groupon, however they do not look or feel like they can protect us from anything at all. False advertising and truly a disappointment. I am now going to have to purchase more masks from elsewhere and wait for them to arrive. We are a household with 3 keyworkers and needed them for travelling to and from work, we may as well just not wear anything on our faces! Shame on you Groupon for not checking such an important item.

I ordered 6 of these masks which cost me £13.99 for 3. I received them today and that is the only good thing I can say is delivery was great. As for the masks I have never s
een such a load of rubbish in all my life and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I had to sew everyone to stop the seam coming undone. If my review stops anyone else buying these it will be a job well done and I will not hesitate but to tell everyone I know not to touch you with a twenty foot barge pole. 5 Face Masks - Very Poor Quality

We purchased these via wowcher, and these will be the last from them. My 5 year old could have made a better mask. Cheap product that are worth less than 10p each in materials. Although it looks like the company pay no attention to reviews as they have not responded to anyone on here.

I ordered a swingset over 2 months ago. Never got the swingset and they took the money. No number to reach them. I got a confirmation email that the money went through. I have emailed several times with no reply. I believe they are going by a different name now.

These face masks are a total ripoff , talk about profetering in a crisis this lot takes the biscuit.

Wouldn’t even pay a penny for these. Don’t waste your money. This is taking advantage of people who really need help. Absolute rubbish!!!! Rip off!!!!

I have just received 5 reusable "face masks", I've never seen such rubbish. Made from cheap polyester fabric, don't cover both nose and mouth and if you want the thing to stretch to loop around your ears be prepared for the stitching at the front of the mask to split.
Absolute tripe and a disgrace that Wowcher are supporting their product, please don't entertain doing business with them.

I ordered two lots of face masks, they took 6 weeks to come and when I did receive them they were such poor quality And a expensive waste of money!
I also ordered hand sanitizer over 6 weeks ago £10 that still hasn’t arrived!!!!

0 star isn't an option sadly. I also have never had any dealing with this company and have randomly received an item I haven't ordered. I have emailed them to ask where they have got my details from. Very worrying! No response from them at all.

I ordered 3 anti pollution face mask which arrived recently but I am not happy with them. They are not worth what I paid for them the quality is poor and the stitching is already starting to come apart.

Ordered a swing set. Got confirmation email and took payment. Never got an email back or a swingset. Livid.

I have ordered face masks for family members who are a key workers and in desperate need. advertised delivery of 5-10 days no goods arrived emailed 3 times no reply no phone number and no name to chase I am absolutely disgusted that they can treat people in this manner all these companies need to be named and shamed during this crisis

Do the right thing either send the goods or refund otherwise see you in court

I have placed a order on Feb 28, 2020 and have not received it yet. I have been emailing and have not got any responds, I think this is a bad company to deal with I trying to find away to get my money back.

Should be 0 ... placed order March 1 2020. Still have not received. Sent email for update no response out 117.00 dollars

I have just received rubbish face masks brought through Groupon they should be ashamed to be dealing with this company I have bought many things through Groupon but this is the last. They masks are absolute garbage cut from a sort of very light weight foam do not buy a complete waste of money.
