Ordered a fluffy Cardigan from here via groupon. What i received was a joke...NOTHING like the photo. More like a child's one wear fancy dress quality. And a big hole in the sleeve seam because its so poorly made. I've sent a complaint and asked PayPal to NOT pay...AVOID at all costs people.

I ordered 2 Oral B bundle which said the Oral B toothbrush and 16 heads were included. I received 2 packs of 16 heads and no toothbrush. When I contacted Dynergy they said the offer was only for the heads. It states on my invoices the the toothbrush is included. Now they have sent me a returns label. I am not going to return them I want my 2 toothbrushes that I ordered and paid for. What a rip off, they are getting away with false advertising.

Wouldn’t give even one star.
Ordered garden solar lights on the 24th July. Today is 28th August, still waiting for my order. Emailed twice and still no answer. Struggling to find contact number to call. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
Prepared to take my lost of £65 and never receive my order. Hoping that whoever runs this company will “pay” for it one day.

Do not buy the Nano cloth, packaging says apply pressure, website says don't make your minds up, now got to pay for a re-polish, no reply to e-mail complaint. Just the type of company that gives on-line retail a bad name.

Go-Dynergy is easily the worst company I ever had the misfortune to place an order with. Ordered a heatbelt on 25th May, now, a whopping 15 working days later I still haven't received anything, no belt, no communication. The only thing Go-Dynergy does efficiently is take your money, that went out of my account seconds after placing the order. So do NOT go to Go-Dynergy, they are totally useless if not an outright scam.
Update: Some 14 days after this review Go-Dynergy is asking for details. So they kind of acknowledge that they did not receive my 7 emails with all the order details. Nor, it seems, did they get the 2 communications Paypal sent them and the email I sent them through Paypal. That is a grand total of 10 emails they did not answer. I guess I rather pursue the issue using Paypal because it is obvious that this reply was dictated by "bad review" anxiety not customer service.

I am having the same issue with an order placed directly with this company which has not yet arrived. I have emailed multiple times and have received no response from the general email nor am I able to find any way of contacting them.

Can’t get hold of them. They Only have an email, no number. They don’t respond. Item not arrived.

After many times trying to contact Dynergy,my Item never arrived,I have now handed it over to PayPal to arrange a refund, if I had taken the time to read the reviews ,I would never placed an order

I bought 4 solar motion sensor lights but 2 are not working, I have tried to get in touch with Groupon, but no joy, what can I do.

Do not purchase the ABC Puzzle play mat for your children. It has little bits that come off from the letters B, D... that can be easily swallowed or chocked on by children. This is what happened to our daughter today and it scared me so much. Thankfully I was right next to her and managed to take the piece out of her mouth. This product should not be sold as a play mat for children/ babies. I bought this through Groupon and have notified their customer service but this is still showing for sale...

Bought a few solar lights and they were amazing. Great delivery speed. Had a few issues using the lights as it was my first time using solar stuff. I contacted them and they responded straight away. Up and running now and fully prepared for UK summer - if we get one.

Ordered an oximeter, came in good time and very well priced!

Quick efficient and easy. one light from the solar stake lights was working interminttently and they replaced the faulty unit in 3 days.

Total crap! The pulse oximeter we got from them is yet another example of Chinese fakes passed off as the real thing. It was immediately obvious on first inspection that it had been assembled upside down so that it had no hope of working. The London supplier claims to provide quality; indeed it does . . . bottom quality. Avoid them, like you avoid Covid!

Bought the self heating massage socks . Worse than my regular socks.feet were freezing and no massage. Really not worth using even if free.

UPDATE - GROUPON HAVE REFUNDED THE COST OF THESE TO MY GROUPON ACCOUNT. ACCORDING TO THE SUPPLIER OF THESE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND REFERRED ME TO YOUTUBE TO FIND OUT HOW TO USE THEM. NO MENTION AS TO WHY THEY WERE SO BADLY PACKAGED AND HAD NOT HAD THEIR BATTERIES ISOLATED.
I bought 4 walkie talkie wrist watches for as Xmas gifts for my grandchildren through Groupon and they arrived quite quickly. However, they were very poorly packaged and arrived poorly wrapped in bubble wrap, in a Jiffy bag. They were not in boxes and had no instructions with them. Also their batteries had not been isolated so they were already using the batteries in them! Have tried to contact them by email, but with no success and I can’t find a telephone number for them.

Bought vacuum storage bags back in June (it's now September). They never arrived, no responses to emails, just took my money and run. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
