VERY DISAPOINTED, HAVE PURCHASED FROM GLOBAL FOR YEARS NO ISSUES UNTIL A PROBLEM WITH A FLOOR SCRUBBER, CALLED ON 11/11 TOLD THEY WOULD SEND A NEW KEY SWITCH, FOLLOWED UP ON 11/18 TOLD THEY WOULD BE SENDING SOMEONE TO LOOK AT MACHINE BECAUSE UNDER WARRANTY, FOLLOWED UP 11/26 AFTER NO RESPONSE, TOLD I SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED A FORM THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE, ASKED FOR A MANAGER LEFT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR THEN MANAGER GOT INVOLVED AND PROMISED WOULD ASSIST GOT EMAIL 1 ONE HOUR,CONFIRMED INFO BUT TOLD WOULD BE THERE TO CHECK MACHINE THE 3RD OF NEXT MONTH THAT IS 3 WEEKS FROM INITIAL REQUEST
THEY ADMITTED TO DROPING THE BALL BUT I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TECHNICIAN WHO WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO ORDER A PART

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a large machine from Global Industrial. I never received confirmation of shipment. On the date of delivery, my order was cancelled without notification. I had to order from another supplier which was great. I called customer support, verified my order was canceled. One month later, they charged my card and shipped the machine. Now they won't give my money back. Its totally unbelievable, and I'll be filling with my card company to get my money back and reporting the theft to the police.

We purchased two powered pallet jacks $4000 each, totaling $8000. 2 years or 65h later one of them had faulty battery. Upon calling Global industrial for warranty or support I was informed we were out of warranty and only option is buying a new pallet jack. Apparently these are not their own, but rebranded Chinese made low quality pallet jacks or at least equipped with inferior battery. Word of advise to whomever read this review, purchase expensive specialty equipment, chose reputable brands with post purchase support or you will be in our situation with disposable jack every 2 years.

Purchased a commercial water fountain from Global. Very slow to ship out. I'm talking several weeks.
Had it professionally installed.

Exactly one year later it failed. Contact Global for warranty (covered) and nothing. Just default emails and the run around.

Stay away.

I purchased stadiometer from global industries.

Flimsy, poorly built, the screws that come with the product doesn't corresponds with the holes in the strip. paid 129 dollars for a product that is built like a dollar store merchandise.

This company continuously spams me about orders I didn't place. I think they're phishing for my login information to Paypal.

Absolute scam of a company.

They charge you a 15% restocking fee and make you pay for shipping.

I bought a ramp for 1150$ got charged 1732.50$ When I called spoke with Julie an oriental woman she said it was for shipping but my invoice clearly says shipping fees 0$ so then they had the IT guy call me and he said it was Shopify fees of 500$ plus taxes. I told him i wanted to get reimbursed, they refused, he didn't want to loose his add fee that he had to pay for the website and said it was my fault if I received the wrong one. Consumer protection clearly states that if you order "A" and you receive "B" they have to reimburse you. He said we don't have any policies. I went to their office at 1400 chemin du fer a cheval. The office no longer exists. They moved to 926 chemin du fer a cheval, very shady location. What I ordered is nothing like what I received. They refuse to give me the right one and they refuse to reimburse me. They are no longer answering calls or emails. I am now taking them to small claims court.

Bought a rolling cart on June 10th, hardware was missing. Got the "replacement" hardware 9 days later, but only received 1 nut and 1 bolt (should have been 96 total pieces) Here we are July 11th and they still haven't shipped the second batch of hardware. VERY SLOW response to issues.

Do not order from this organization. Admittedly I ordered the wrong size of product. I called for pre-authorization of return and returned my product as directed. however, because global has their manufacturers ship and receive returns, they have refused my reimbursement because I lost my tracking number.

They pulled a fast one on me with their shipping loophole. I paid an extra $76 for 2nd day UPS and the item arrived over a week later. When I inquired about it the told me it’s
2nd day from the day its shipped. What the heck is that?

Global Industrial gave us a seamless buying process and trouble-free fulfillment and delivery experience. We look forward to placing future orders with them.

Despite several uncomplimentary comments I took a chance yesterday to order 2 metal drawers, I tell you I was surprised this morning when there was a knock on my door delivering my 2 drawers in perfect condition, drawers of very difficult quality to find you have to take some and leave some when you read comments for me it was 5 ⭐️

Terrible, they might be even scam! They charge my credit card and than cancel my order without a notice and the charge is still on the card!!! no answer any email or call!! BEWARE

Total scam artists, they can’t promise you a delivery date and they don’t carry the product, they have to order it from another company and you chat with people in India that don’t have a clue what’s going on. I called the customer service number and they give you the runaround and say that someone will send me an email to verify that my order has been cancelled to issue a refund. But I never got that email. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is totally Fraudulent, STAY AWAY!!!!

At Global Industrial, first person I talk to was Ruth, very kind and she also had a hard time finding a clear description, put me on hold and called tec, for me anyway the description on air filter wasn't clear on how to refill the dessicant filter/dryer and during researching on their site, a one gallon desiccant showed up as part of "add it on" along with a hose connector as the line up with this filter. so i just placed the order with out desiccant. I received the item, I made it known I have 4 gallons of desiccant already. so why buy more. called back after receiving the package and they were rude (not Ruth) kind of got the runaround so the second person at Global scolded me for not noticing a little tab that explained more about the item. I just want to return it and take the 15% restocking charge and pay for the shipping, but no they refused and directed me to the manufacturer "Arrow" Doug was his name, he also was rude, have no idea why. I just want to return it in the original box it came in. never used and only had it one day. I have bought lots of items from Global and this was my first time calling them asking to switch it out and purchase a different on. wow

This company seems as if it is a fraud or not real. Beware of them most likely a scam. I ordered a few weeks ago with two day shipping. The two day shipping that you pay extra for is over two weeks now. The company bilked me out of over three hundred dollars for a fast ship item that was in stock. When calling to track or complain, you get handed off to other people who keep forwarding you to the next and then to the end of the conversation and review with ai that doesn’t understand you. With no resolution.

ORDER A COUPLE BEARINGS AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NO SHIPPING, COME TO FIND OUT THEY DONT CARRY ALOT OF THIS STUFF WHEN YOU ORDER THEN THEY ORDER IT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. FOUND THEM ELSEWHERE HAD THEM IN 4 DAYS
