Easy to order, great prices

This company sells products with there warranty being 12 months then the product fails shortly after the year and the company doesn't seem to care about fixing the problem basically they get away with fraud!!!!!!!

Our animal shelter has had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to purchase a floor scrubber. For over two weeks, we've repeatedly attempted to contact them, hoping to buy a floor scrubber.

Despite our offers to pay full price, and even suggesting the potential for a charitable donation that could offer them an IRS deduction, we've been met with complete silence. Their unresponsiveness has been truly disappointing, especially given the vital work our shelter does. This lack of communication and unwillingness to engage has left us with the impression that this is one of the worst companies we've ever dealt with.

Delivery times are all over the place - usually way longer than other companies. I've left product reviews on their site and they don't show up, which is probably because it was a 2/5 star review. When asking customer support why reviews don't show up, there's no answer other than they'll look into it. The company does have decent prices for some products but I'll look elsewhere from now on.

item showed same day shipping, & receipt showed estimated delivery date of 6 days. 2 weeks after order an estimated DD of 2 months later showed on their site, but no notification had been sent. after complaining the item finally arrived a month after initial order had been placed. Clearly 4x longer than they advertised. All they could say was it said estimated DD.

I purchased a table online on a Sunday night . Next morning I found the item over $250 less from another merchant. After only 8-10 hours since placing the order, the company was unable to cancel my order but offered $120 as a charge credit after my order shipped. They sent me a copy of a credit memo but never processed a charge credit. I contacted Global Industrial several times to let them know my bank never received the credit & each time they forwarded a credit memo which means nothing. Not a company I will shop at again.

Tried to order some ground stakes. Order was $44. Stopped my order when I seen it was $220.00 for shipping and handling. So the total was $264.00. You got to be kidding. Will never deal with this company.

I ordered 7 items from Global Industrial. Four of the items showed up from a private carrier but they were missing the largest items, and I contact support several times. Each time I was told I would have a response in 24-48 hours, but even after multiple attempts to get a response or a re-shipment I was continually given the same answer. Customer service was just robots and provided no additional support.

I told them when they delivered the products a picture was taken and they were 9' white boards which would be clear and obvious in the picture. They never checked or looked.

This place isn't worth the hassle. I'd recommend ordering form anywhere but here.

I ordered a chopping board shelf insert for a bakers rack. The whole experience with the ordering and receiving was basically good and stress free.
My only issue is that my board came a little damaged. There were some small dents in the wood and one kind of gouge on one edge.since this board was $170 I was surprised to see that it was shipped in just a cardboard box with a small piece of styrofoam at either end. I think even just wrapping the whole board in some bubble wrap could have averted this issue.
I won’t be using this in a food prep capacity so I no need to return the product but just something to be aware of.

My order # 26501244 has been the worst experience I've had in purchasing anything on line. They shipped a 60+ pound drain machine in a cardboard box from NJ to Las Vegas, and surprise surprise, the box was torn up and parts from inside were missing, likely rolling around the back of the UPS truck. I spent more than an hour on the phone with these people over several calls trying to get just the clips that hold the wheels on the machine and a very common blade set. They sent me the diagram of the machine and asked me what part. I indicated the part, and went online and ordered it myself recognizing their complete incompetence. I had the clips I ordered myself for the wheels the next day, meanwhile, they're still sending me emails saying there's confusion about what part I need. No there's not, I ordered from your diagram!

On top of all that, I bought the Super Vee drain machine spending more on a version that came with a rugged tool box to hold it in and they sent me a flimsy cheap box that came apart, due to the weight of the machine inside, before I got into a customers house with it. They still haven't resolved that issue, even after sending multiple photos.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order showed up as expected. Lettering that was provided started falling off almost immediately after it was installed. Anchors in the height restriction bars were not secured. Instructions did not detail having to compress the anchors so as a result the bars fell.

Do not do business with them. They are dishonest and shady. I ordered a product from them and it was supposed be shipped within 24 hours. 3 days later it still had not even been received by shipper. I called to cancel the order and was told they would look into it. I called back later that day and was told I couldn't cancel the order as it had already shipped. I pulled up the tracking number and saw that ups received the item 5 hours after I called to cancel. So now I have to wait another 4 days to receive the item. I was told that I could send the item back but would have to pay $60 return shipping. Both people I spoke with straight up lied to me. Do business at your own risk.

My experience has been that they are very unreliable wrt availability and shipping. I bought a large item, and they advertised shipping the next day.... they then gave me a delivery time two weeks later (more than shipping time)... they then pushed it out several days... then on the day it was supposed to arrive, they first sent me an email saying it would be several months late, then that it would be a week late, probably... but they weren't sure about it. If your timeline is critical, go elsewhere.

Working with Global Industrial was all and all a great experience. They had what my organization needed and got it to us in a very timely manner.

My only critique of them is that there was not one person who I could follow up with concerning my order. I worked with at least 3 customer care reps during my order. I know this is a large company and they have a lot of orders going on throughout the country, but having a single person to work with from beginning to end is always a nice touch.

Otherwise, things went pretty well.

Do not buy a pallet jack from this company! Customer service does not seem to exist with them.

We purchased a floor scrubber and purchased a 2 year extended warranty for it for additional $. We are having issues after the 1 year mark with the scrubber. We logged a ticket with Global Industrial customer service. We were told someone will contact us to look into the issue, Two weeks later and we are still waiting for someone to contact us. They are very slow in responding to emails and don't seem they care about how the issue effects your business.

Ordered a work bench top, multiple delays in delivery, product arrived damaged on two corners, the company ships this very heavy wood top in a paper thin box with no corner protection, they tried shipping a replacement order but I noticed they didn’t have my correct address on the replacement order, customer service told be I would have to place another order and pay shipping. Don’t waste your time, money!!!!

I’ve ordered from this co due to recent cyber special boy am i regretting it.
Terrible customer service and am still waiting for my shipment apparently they are using ward shipper and it’s been weeks now waiting for shelves for my new restaurant what a nightmare
