Dreadful experience will never use them again. - am still waiting for my goods to be delivered after 2 weeks and emails chasing! Don’t bother 🤬🤬🤬

Order placed on 4th June. Item not delivered, no communication at all. When emailing customer services get a reply back saying my email was undeliverable. So i guess i’ll be contacting my bank for a refund as you cant get hold of Ginger ray. Should of read others reviews before placing an order.

Appalling service - my delivery was 4 weeks late and I tried contacting them to ask for a refund and the email address bounced, it states it is an unrecognised email. I no longer want my order as it was for a party a week ago and the items arrived today so no longer needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

Don’t order from here - am assuming they have gone under but are still allowing orders to be placed. Placed my order almost a month ago, the item hasn’t even been dispatched and no one is responding to my emails. Looks like I am not the only one experiencing this issue.

Ordered on 22nd May and received a confirmation email, however since then I have had no updates.

I received an email asking me to leave a review and that they hoped I was happy with my order that I never received.

I’ve tried to chase up for an update via email and phone but have had no response at all. I’m so disappointed in this company and I wish I would have done my research first as all the reviews recently are awful.

I do hope I can get my money back, but with no response from the company it doesn’t seem likely. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have placed my order 24th of May, Recieved an email that they reciwved my order, no further email or update. My party is coming soon. I have been checking and contacting the merchant, no reply.
I could have check trustpilot first before placing an order. I don’t know my order will come or not!

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still absolutely nothing! Paid for 3-5 working day delivery. I have tried to contact them 3 times via the website and nothing back. So frustrating.

I ordered an item on the 18th May 2026 for a baby shower on the 30th May. Paid for delivery which stated 5 to 7 working days. Still hasn’t arrived today 28th. Emailed the company and I’ve had a reply to say due to a warehouse move they are experiencing delays. This is very disappointing as it was for a special occasion.

I ordered a few items for my daughter's 1st birthday and none of it has been delivered. Almost 3 weeks since ordering now. Customer service is non-existent, can't get in touch with anyone or get a reply to contacting them via the website.
Absolutely awful and will be telling everyone to avoid like the plague!

Order was dispatched weeks after placing the order.

Customer support did not reply to my multiple emails asking when it was going to be shipped.

All the parties are over and the decorations are still making their way here.

Ordered never turned up...never replied to my emails! Very poor experience. Had to go via PayPal in order to get my refund and it looks like they never even responded to them! Terrible. Avoid.

Placed an order on 10th April and still missing over half of it. Have emailed 4 times now and still no response. Paid £3.99 for shipping to be within 3-5 working days yet here I am over a month later still waiting.

Order placed 30 Apr and not shipped/ received. No response to emails. Appalling service. Avoid.

I ordered items for my daughters hen do, a good few days later I received an email to advise the items were no longer in stock and I’d receive a refund. Very poor customer service surely the website can be updated to show items are no longer in stock?

Do not buy from these guys.

First, part of my order was delayed with absolutely no communication from them — even after I emailed to ask for an update.

Second, I’ve been trying to return an item and followed the return instructions on their website exactly as stated. No reply. I then sent another email… still no response.

So effectively, you can’t return anything because they simply ignore you and never send the return label they claim they provide as part of their own process.

Terrible customer service, zero communication, and completely unacceptable after-sales support.

Ordered 4th May still not received and not reply to my email query.

Do not use, ordered goods taken my money and have not delivered, no communication or reply’s to my emails snd do not answer the phone
