Horrible horrible service. Please do not use them. Your order will never be delivered on time and their customer service has no clue where any order is. They are unable to track it.
Other sites are more reliable.
Plus they assure you that express orders will be delivered in 4 hours and it takes 2 days

This is good site not as much but it’s okay i have ordered gifts and released payment I received my package on time.

I wouldn’t even recommend giving a single star! Bloody hypocrites! They display something else and deliver the most worst product possible instead of what you ordered! They’re fraud! Don’t waste your money!

Had bad experience... not delivering the product which u ordered N then apologised conveniently that it is not available and delivered something of their own choice n then informed you , they forced u to buy something u don wan ...also before delivering updated confirmation mail... highly unprofessional and also not even bother to show some concern except sorry for inconvenience... not at all recommended

I ordered lillies for my mother on Jan 1st and made the payment. On Jan 1st, at the end of the day, they send a message saying that they cant deliver on Jan1 and it would be postponed. This got me frustrated but I was okay about it. Then on Jan 2nd at the end of the day they message saying lillies weren't available so they decided to send Roses so that the "occasion is not ruined". So I paid for lillies and I get roses instead, and a day later, and they don't even apologize for it. They seem to be very proud of being absolutely unprofessional. They dont care about how they handle such situations.

They charge a fair bit of money for the gifts and yet don’t deliver. I had ordered a birthday cake for my little nephew and they delivered the cake with wrong name. No check done.
On getting in touch with the whatsapp customer service number, the person responding was extremely rude. His name was Soumen. He gave me sloppy explanations like “miscommunication”, “delivery person cannot check box”, “bakery’s mistake”! And then he went ahead and called my sister during the party, did not let her even explain the situation, just wanted to know when he could send a delivery guy to take the cake and cancel the order! He even hung up while my sister was talking!
On emailing the sales team, they claimed I was given an option of correcting the name and redelivering the gift-which was completely untrue.
Overall a terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional customer service makes it even worse.

I totally agree that the quality of their products and services have gone down. Their service people have become very cocky and there no humility left at all. Sent a surprise gift to my parents neighbor since they helped them while my father was hospitalized and the gifts were rotten. The neighbors very reluctantly informed me about the bad quality. When I called this merchant, they told me that it needs to be reported within 24 hours. I explained that it was a surprise gift and the neighbors of my parents were reluctant in informing me since they did not want me to feel bad. The vendor has no remorse and don’t care. Took no action to fix this.

I have used there service so many times. However, their quality of products is degrading. I have placed the Diwali gift order yesterday. The box contained a horrible quality of Kaju. I am never going to use their service again.

Giftstoindia is consistent in delivering on time. Very pleased with the service. I sent my mom flowers and a cake on her birthday and she said the flowers made her very happy. And the cake was good too.

even though rakhi was yesterday and we sent our parcel way in advance and even though it was promised to be delivered way before the rakhi day it's still not delivered and customer service is appalling too.

Never use them! I gave star as that was the minimum requirement for to write a review else I would give a big fat “zero”

Firstly, they need to change their name to exclude the word “Gifts” as it has emotions attached to it, but their customer service staff don’t value any value for emotions!

Never use them, they never delivered my product even afterwards spending hours to call them in reasonable time frame. No one picks up the phone. Use ferns and petals instead.

So upset using them for surprise midnight cake delivery. Didn't deliver it until the next day ! It was a completely different cake. I wonder the advertising and prices they put is correct and worth it !

Terrible services, I ordered from USA thinking this would be the nice place to order for mother’s , but flowers were delivered two days after mother’s day... when I called to complain, they said they got the flowers ... very ignorant...

I'm highly disappointed with their service and their service is unacceptable for following reasons:

I gifted 'XYZ' gift cards for an Occassion ( first of all it was delivered very late!). Then the receiver took the gift card to claim the gift and the vendor embarrassed them because the card wasn't activated for their purchase!! I wonder what was their services intention by not activating 7 cards out of 10 cards delivered? This adds on to the worst experience that they created between me and the receiver of the gift. Certainly not worth opting for when gifting for good occasions

I have ordered some gifts for my parents Anniversary and they gave us a confirmation call for the items to be delivered on time. But they did not deliver and when I called them they said they have n't got the right size of the cake and they simply ignored it without a phone call for confirmation. Worst communication , items not delivered, poor service

Gift hamper ordered by our daughter had to be collected by me from the godown of your Courier Agency - DTDC at Chembukkavu, Thrissur on 16.5.2019. The Courier agency refused to door deliver the item to us in violation of the terms of the order. And they threatened to return the item if we do not collect the same within 3 days. We had to take much trouble and waste our time collecting the item from their office. Strict action to be taken against the Courier agency for this and give us a feedback on our Mobile No.94965 94334. Complaint already given through phone at your office too. Very bad service.
