Really bad service. Items changed the last minute ( replaced flowers). A quick notification sent without the option of cancelling it. One of the fruits was rotten ( which they wouldn't believe ). They don't even have the courtesy to say sorry besides sending an automated email. Currently chatting with Aman on the their support and he is half-waiting for me to stop the chat by replying to a message every 10 minutes. ! Really appalling ! Please stay away from this service at all cost.

We ordered butterscotch cake and flowers worth of 35$. WASTE OF THAT MONEY. The cake was nowhere close to butterscotch had tuttyfrutty in the cake and the flowers were half dead . Domt take fooled by this company its to find any other company. I really like to give zero stars but i am not able to do it. Anyways beware of this company

Very bad service. Firstly birthday flowers were delivered late. The birthday was almost over. And then when I cancelled a cake they didnt refund. I had to follow up with them for refund. Never again taking this service

I ordered 50 roses in a basket. They sent 50 carnations. Or as they say. They can't provide me how did the basket of carnations look like. We knew what we were ordering by looking at the pictures. Now we don't know what was sent and in what condition. Can they be trusted again with a nice order?

This change of our order was done by someone on their own without informing us. We were infomred after the receiver already received the flowers. So you don't even have an option to cancel the original order and send something else. Is this not active deception?

Hopefully, someone launches a better portal for gifts to India soon. Or I will do it myself.

***WARNING***Would leave minus if I could. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. They delivered totally different to what I ordered online. Then they try to pacify with only 15% on next order only. Won’t be using that because won’t be using these unprofessional cowboys again. Stay clear and don’t use them.

They show one thing om the internet and deliver something totally poor qualitym If you care about sentiment for loved ones, I suggest not going with this company and try a different service. last time using this service , had sent flowers fruits to family in india. all the fruites were rotten in the basket, flowers dint last for more than 2 days .

I’ve purchased a smart phone form this website through pay pal a safest way of payment. After the confirmation, I received another email from gifts to india 24x7 that they I’ve revived the payment confirmation and due to security reasons this order will not be processed, and they want bank transfer because it’s high value product, Ive emailed them back asking for explanation regarding the bank transfer, it did not make any sense to me,I didn’t receive their email so call them.
it was a complete waste of time and huge disappointed they were not accepting PayPal’s payment and pushing me to only transfer on to their bank account...also nothing is mentioned on their web regarding this.. it’s looks like it’s pure scam according to me and pay pal..
After I spoke to PayPal and PayPal agreed with me too, I’ve asked one of the gifts to India’s 24/7 manager to cancel my order and which is already been credited in to their account.. badly disappointed and unprofessional..

Very bed service I sent to my father cake and perfume his birthday customers the girl they so lied do not trust them.i they say we can not deliver cake same day so I tell them do not sent them.please I send email they say they dint get my email they saw in my email they received they dont tell.me any thing after 4 days my father birthday they sent 2 perferum I tell them do not sentgive my money back still they send they hungry for money I guess.

Total scam. Stay away please !!! Took my money and didnt deliver the product that I ordered. Even the contact number provided in the company site is switched off. I wish you guys would shut down your so called company for everyone's sake.

0 STAR. Wish I had read poor reviews on them before ordering from them. Completely awful. I used them to send sweets to my parents for Rakhi. Charged me Rs 1350 for sweets that were worth rs 200. Website showed a completely different pic vs. what was delivered. Parents actually wondered why I threw away money like that. Completely ruined the festival and left a bad taste in my mouth. Used their chat function to complain and the guy went silent without any resolution whatsoever. I might never use any online website in the future for sending gifts to India. SUCH THIEVES!!

stay away from them. They are scam. Placed rakhi order and they say will deliver same day but no delivery done. Called customer service and they started telling me terms and conditions. And later in the day got email item delivered and when i called to confirm from family ,no delivery has been done. And again customer service guy says we will take complaint do something. Totally scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ideally 0 Stars. It delivers very poor quality cake and customer service is bad. For the flowers they update me 5hrs before the delivery that flowers are not available. It was my mom's 60th birthday and in the last moment I was not able to deliver the flowers as I cannot order it from somewhere else in such short notice.

I ordered an item for my friend in her birthday I ordered it on the 18th of April to deliver it on 19th of April
“Gifts to India 24*7” took my money (1350 rupees) and gave me a confirmation message stating the gift will be delivered on the 19th of April 2020.
It wasn’t delivered !!
I mailed them tried to call them but no wonder they didn’t reply!
This was the first time I bought something from it and I am never going to buy anything from there !
I have kissed goodbye to my 1350 rupees (my hard earned money) because of this company!
Atleast make an effort to reply for the sake of letting me know the reason for not delivering or atleast pay me back !

I wish I can give them 0 star to gift to india whatever. Unprofessional
Horrible service. Please do not use them. Your order will never be delivered on time and their customer service has no clue where any order is. They are unable to track it. They never delivere your order on same day.
Other sites are more reliable. Please do not use this site
