Ordered anniversary cake in may 2019 for my parents in India. The cake was the worst cake ever had. I believe even the small scale bakeries have amazing cakes. This was the response from my parents. My 2 year old nephew who had the cake got his stomach upset. And when i gave them the complaint/feedback, the below is the response i received from there. What a disaster this online site is. (Just for information, my parents in India who dont use internet services cannot give feedback to the site as I am the one who made the order from UAE. Only when I called them did I know. The cake was consumed on the same day of delivery which is the anniversary date for my parents)

This order we have received on 07.05.2019 and we have delivered on 08.05.2019 as per the date mentioned by the customer. There was no complain from customer and recipient side till 4 days. Its written in the website that we take complain for cake till 4 hours from the delivery and its mentioned in the terms of use of the website. We could have replaced the cake if there was any complain. But after this 5 days we cannot take complain. Also stomach upset can be happen due to any food they had that day, no one can tell that because of the cake it happened. Please look into the matter.

I have been trying to cancel an order and they won't reply back even after reading my messages. This place is spam!

Most of the flowers were dead. Every single flower had a scotch tape stuck behind to keep it in place. It looked as if they picked the flowers from the trash and stuck it together with tapes. When discussed this with the company they were trying to prove that I was wrong. Will never order from here. Poor customer service.

If you want to be ripped off and fleeced, then by all means go ahead.
The cake and flowers I chose and paid for was not what was received by the recipient. The design of the cake or the flowers online looked amazing, what was delivered was not.

Poor quality, high price for NOTHING!

I ordered a flower arrangement of 50 roses and what was delivered was entirely different with 18 poor quality roses.
I send them a picture of what was received. Not only the number of roses were less then half but they were not at all anywhere close to the arrangement that was ordered.
After several two and fro email they said they cannot do anything about me and offered a petty discount for future use which I refuse. As I would only use that petty discount on their website.
They spoiled the special occasion and caused lot of grief to me and wasted a lot of time in exchange of emails. I will never use them again.
Since I got all the pictures I will be contacting fair trading.

I ordered on 4th November.
Wrong confirmation given by customer service saying it will reach on time. Email received by them courier attempt failed. Everyone was at home, he didn't even tried to call. When I called today 9th November, customer service assistant is kept in arguing and saying they dont have any information. Is that acceptable that they have no information. He will email once they know. How can we rely on those who dont have information and argue with customers.
I am still chasing .

Great and it’s nice for everyone

I ordered a watch for an occasion. Not only did i had to constantly check the status but most poor customer support. If you ask about status within the delivery range it had provided then they do nothing but say that they are well within the range and hence no checks are made. Then when they are overdue they took 24hrs from online chat and then several days of no email. I kept chasing and no refund options are provided and no apologies. DO NOT BUY any gifts from this site. Very bad service and they don;t care about their customers. Finally they send me tracking number after a huge delay and that also doesn't work. Am still waiting.

I got a basket of flowers delivered to my brother, the product that they delivered looked nothing like what i ordered, it was terrible and embarrassing. They were old and rotten like someone pick it up from the road. When i contacted them, they said they wont do anything. Once order is placed, they don’t resend new item or refund. WORST WEBSITE. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, THEY ARE THIEVES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE OR CUSTOMERS.

There should be a zero star option for the kind of service they provide. Pathetic customer service, Pathetic management! I am not the kind who writes reviews but they are plain fraud. IGP is doing a much better job and they are atleast honest about there delivery service.

Excellent and Amazing service. I ordered two photo frames and Rakhi sets for my Brothers in India. They shipped within 3 days and the personalized frames are of super quality. I am literally surprised with such a good company. I will surely refer someone to use this to send gifts to India from here.

I have ordered a cake for my moms birthday.I got a call regarding the order confirmation as well.But on the day of delivery, I got a call from their team tht they cant deliver to tht place.very poor swrvice.cancels the orders last minute .

Im having a worst experience with these guys. I dnt receive a conformation email but i do receive the payment bill- isnt it weird.
They give a date range which is a horrible thing and there is no choice of cancellation of the order. I dnt understand how the f...they have same day delivery option on web when they give a date range !!! Big 👎🏻

Cheap product but unreliable. Promised on website will ship in 1 day has been almost 3 days and hasnt been shipped yet. No information from their said too, I had to contact and establish that they are late.

Poor service...
I ordered one cake for my nephew bday but they haven’t delivered on that day when we asked them why you didn’t Deleverd they replayed that “ if you want we will deliver tomorrow “ this was the mail we got from them.

Horrible customer service. Order placed Sat early morning when they were taking orders for Mother's day delivery. Now with the customer service for over an hour as the order is not delivered and not getting any response. WIll not order again!!!

This is about the order I made for a floral bouquet for my cousin’s wedding in Feb 2018. Frankly, I didn’t know about the reviews posted here else I would have done some research before the order and also would have written this review long back.
They didn’t deliver what was promised. I had ordered for a bouquet of flowers in a vase. However the actual delivery didn’t have any vase. The site does mention that the vase may ‘vary’ according to availability but someone placing an order will not expect a delivery without one! I wrote to them expressing my dissatisfaction. Their reply was- “This is to inform you that as per the update from our delivery section, the delivery place was a marriage hall and the vase along with the flowers were delivered to the recipient.” This reply was quite irritating as it sounded almost like I was lying and that they are doing a wonderful job! I reconfirmed it with my family and the person who received it said that there was no vase! I wrote a complaint again and this time I wasn’t polite at all! I even added that there are few more occasions coming up in the family and that I won’t be using their site again ever neither will I recommend it to anyone. They then apologised for it and said they will give me a code for a 15% off on my next purchase, valid for the next 6months. It appeared as though they were doing me a great favour! 15%??? Really??? And why would you honour it only for 6 months? They messed up the delivery and didnt even compensate fairly for it.
Anyway, it is not a matter of the vase, it is rather a matter of principles and not cheating people and that is my point. In conclusion, I would never recommend anyone to place orders through this site.
