We are based in Bolton, Greater Manchester so centrally located within the British Isles and Ireland. Overall with Geyser you’ll get the meticulous attention to detail as everything we do is very thorough - expertly planned and well executed. We deal with both domestic customers (the end user) and trade customers alike and are equally positioned to work with both. Every member of staff undergoes intense product and technical training to ensure that we can offer you the best advice. Staff are not permitted to even answer the telephone until they have had this training so you the customer gets consistency every time. We specialise in Radiators and Heated Towel Rails for: o Central Heating o Electric Heating o Dual Fuel Heating (the combination of the two energy types on the same product). We also offer a vast selection of Parts and Accessories for radiators and towel rails including radiator valves, electric heating elements, timers, small parts etc. Geyser conceptualises its own O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) branded heating products right from drawings to the finished product. These are then produced on our behalf in our nominated manufacturing plants, located predominantly in mainland Europe and Turkey. Geyser is also stockist for many leading radiator industry brands. For other products from these brands consult their own literature (available from Geyser) or visit www.geyser.co.uk. All of our products are of the highest quality and specification. The fact we sell our own O.E.M. products shoulder to shoulder with leading brands is testament to the fact they are directly comparable in terms of quality and therefore you can only expect the very best from everything we sell. Our 12,500 square foot warehouse is always immaculately clean, ultra organised and houses approximately 90% of the products we sell, making them available on next day delivery across the UK and Ireland. Great customer service from Geyser

Great customer service from Geyser. Couple of little things missing upon delivery but nothing major. All sorted and bits posted out quickly. Radiator looks great and gives out plenty of heat! Would recommend.

Radiators have not arrived

Ordered items on Monday, radiators should be delivered today. I didn’t receive any despatch email, and I even had to ask for a receipt (which I still don’t have). Called them yesterday to confirm the delivery is happening today and asked for a receipt. Heard nothing so decided to call them to ask for delivery company details which they gave to me after checking my records. I called the delivery company and they said they have not received the items. I then had to call geyser back and let them know... they said they’d look into it. I got a call back and they said there’s been an error and nothing been sent out!! This is not okay, they had so many opportunities to check the dispatch. Now they are saying Monday.. it’s so unprofessional. To not even email a receipt let alone not even despatching them items when you say you will. If I didn’t call and chase how long would it have been? They need to work out what’s going wrong and do some checks whether things have actually been actioned, this is basic stuff!

Hi Sophia, I apologise for the delay on your order as advised it was a genuine mistake in our warehouse, it is rare anything gets missed but I can only put the error down to how busy we are at the moment, I understand your disappointment as you had been waiting in for the delivery and can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Not sure how the invoice hadn't been received though as it is logged on our system this was sent 3 times to your email address.

Excellent product and quality

Excellent product and quality. Delivery as promised, and real attention to the detail. The threaded screw for the heating element even came ready-wrapped with ptf tape!
Five star review for sure.

Going the extra mile

The chosen product was dispatched but did not arrive.
Geyser did not have a replacement in stock. They not only reimbursed me immediately but provided a link to an alternative stockist.
Thanks Geyser. You saved the day.

Quality Service and Product.

I've bought radiators before from Geyser and I was very happy that's why I returned. The radiator I've bought is stylish and has a 'feel' of quality. The work on my utility room doesn't start until mid November but I'm very confident the radiator will be fine. The way the radiator was packed, for delivery, was exceptional and arrived very quickly from that the time I purchased it online. I did have a enquiry and a gentleman called me quickly after I had left the message on the answer phone.
