Many years happy...
I have been using Geyser to supply my renovations, new builds for many years and have never been disappointed with their quality and customer service. In the rare event where a thermostat failed in early times, they replaced the part a year later without question.
I now only use their TRV's with radiators as they are good quality. They have even introduced a smart nickel finish for on-trend black rads.

Great product and looks fab but in the future please include fitting instructions, as I had 4 tradesmen spend an expensive 20+ minutes trying to work out the fittings that were supplied and 2 of them were central heating engineers!

Very Impressed
I had reason to speak with their sales team prior to purchasing these radiators and they were very helpful and knowledgable about their products. After ordering the products arrived quickly (perhaps too quickly with a 7am delivery!) and were securely packed. Very happy with the products. A couple of the plastic covers were scratched and a quick call and follow-up email to Geyser sorted replacements, again arriving the next day. Can't fault the service or the products.

I am usually invited to leave a review on trust pilot but strangely not by Geyser..
Our electric towel rail was delivered with the wrong size element. No problem, we rang up & were told the correct one would be sent out the following day. Then we asked what to do with the incorrect one they had sent in error, we were told a manager would have to deal with that & as he was busy he would ring back later. He didn't.
The next day we rang again to be told they now refused to send the correct one until we had returned the other at our own expense (they claimed would reimburse the postage if everything was ok). We asked if the courier bringing the replacement couldn't just collect it. No. We asked if they could give us a pre paid delivery form. No. As the element had just been bubble wrapped & jammed into the towel rail box it would mean buying some packaging material (there was no mention of reimbursement for this).
We asked to speak to a manager. In a meeting. We rang back & asked to speak to a manager. Busy. We rang back & asked to speak to a manager & were told he refused to speak to us & was washing his hands of it.
I bought the correct size element from Screwfix & put it down to a lesson learned.
While they no doubt had a good laugh in the office it's worth remembering that we're not the only customers who buy something from a company for the first time partly to see whether to buy more. The other 3 radiators (in excess of £700 total) we were looking at will be bought elsewhere.
One of those instances where you wish you could give reviews in minus numbers.

Firstly I am sorry to hear you feel that you have been treated unfairly. When the incorrect element was sent, which was a far superior element to the one you ordered, you were given all the standard options for returning it back to us and the correct one being sent out at no cost to the customer as the return carriage would be refunded. none of which were acceptable to you. All our sales and after sales staff are highly trained and authorised to deal with situations that may arise due to human error or other factors, you mention that a manager was requested, but as I am sure you can appreciate we are stretched to the limit (staff wise) during these testing times and having assessed the situation you were given all the options to rectify the mix up. A mangers intervention would not have aided the situation as the same options would have been put forward. I understand you are frustrated but the suggestion of us laughing at your expense is so far from how we operate, we run a professional business and have been established for more than 15 years.
