I am very satisfied with my recent interaction with Genealogy.com. It was a dispute over being billed $200 for a two year subscription...that I never remembered signing up for. Their records showed it was for something (they showed) that'd I'd clicked for (but, after 2 years, I had no recollection of doing) (and besides, I'd never willingly sign up for a two-year subscription for anything!); Anyway, the kind folks at Genealogybank.com refunded my money, no hard feelings, and everything is fine.
I might do business with Genealogybank.com in the future, but not in 2 year blocks.

Great assistance from Renee and quick delivery of my purchase.
After I placed my order, I expected to receive a receipt for the order sent to my email. After several days, I called GenealogyBank and talked with Renee. She provided a copy of the receipt for my purchase and informed me that I should receive my order within two weeks of ordering it. Much to my surprise, the order arrived sooner than I expected. I was very impressed. I very much appreciated Renee's assistance and I was pleased with the quick delivery of my purchase from GenealogyBank.

I actively research old news.com (owned by MyHeritage) as well as Newspapers.com (Ancestry) and Genealogy Bank definitely offers articles I cannot find on either one of those.

This is a great website
This is a great website! If your ancestors were ever featured in a newspaper anywhere, or you need to find a special obituary, this is the company to go to. They have super customer service as well. Highly recommend!

What a waste of money
