I learned some important information about my family and the customer service was very responsive.

I was charged for a subscription that I believed I had set to NOT automatically renew last year. But I could not find documentation, so it's possible this was my mistake. So I called customer support not expecting to get satisfaction. But I was wrong to have been so pessimistic. They were great. They offered to refund the new charge. I am very happy with the way this turned out. "Mindy," the person at the support desk who helped me, was friendly and professional.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Problem was handled with professionalism and speed. The CS rep is knowledgeable and courteous.

Karen was amazing-I had rec'd an ER (Hospital) visit bill and was in a panic. It was after hours so i left a message and sent an email. She was trying to contact me when business opened back up and could not have been nicer to me. She went out of her way (in today's world) to help me with my account.

You brag that you have all these obits and so far I haven't found but a few for MY family! I have found them on Newspapers.com though. So I'm not giving you good ratings for that reason alone. Also, I find your page difficult to navigate.

As genealogist of some 50 years I have been able to knock down some brick walls with the old newspaper articles as well as making some headway in my reseach.

I place an order for a book and then went days with feedback on its status. It turned out the vendor was closed for two weeks.

I've not found anything yet on the one person I'm looking for so I'm just a little frustrated. I'll try some of my other ancestors and see what I find on them. I'm not giving up yet on GenealogyBank as a resource. It's search engine looks to cover a lot of areas for genealogy researchers.

I just don’t use this

I have hardly gotten any information about my ancesters It is very hard to maneuver the pages and it seems that whatever info I put in nothing comes up. Am getting very frustrated!!!
