Hi there, unfortunately we are having an issue with Mailchimp sending emails in to us. Luckily we are starting work on a new website to launch in October which will iron out these communication issues. Weak packaging, ruined posters
Quick customer service but disappointed in the quality of their packaging, first set of two posters arrived damaged in a cardboard box, customer service sent out new ones a few days later and again the box has been crushed in transit and ruined them... Poster tubes exist for good reason!!

Hi there, we are sorry that your second order was also damaged in transit. We moved to triangular poster tubes last year as DPD & Evri cannot take poster tubes on their conveyer belts and we were finding more parcels not getting delivered. We are always evolving our packaging through extensive testing with our carrier partners.
Poor customer service
I am still waiting for a response to my email sent 31st March providing photographs to prove that the wrong size and colour of frame was sent out. Apparently as soon as they have evidence, they will "move forward with sending out the correct frame" but I don't fancy my chances to be honest. A refund would be much more appropriate.

Can’t fault their service
Can’t fault their service. Purchased an A1 frame on the Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday. Well packaged and the overall quality of the frame was very good. Good value for money and I will buy from them again if I need another frame.

Poor delivery packaging
It’s a 50/50 chance my poster will come okay. So much damage happens to it before arrival. The packaging isn’t great. I like GB posters and they’re legitimate with the highest quality posters but what’s the point if my poster won’t even be in good condition. I order from other legitimate poster brands sometimes and it’s not an issue.

Missing Items
Ordered 3 items only received one of them, was told that it was a picking error yet I fail to understand how they “forgot” to pick the biggest items out of the bunch. A replacement had supposedly been sent out we shall see..

Abusive Company
Awful company. Posted a negative review as they didn’t take care in selecting products and sent me the wrong item. They were awkward and difficult when I complained, They then tried to bully and harass me to get the review removed and even filed a complaint that the review was against Trustpilot standards which was not upheld. I have then been continually pestered to submit a review by their systems despite telling them that I did not want any further contact. I told them that they do not call me by my first name and they continued to refer to me in that manner. I want my details removed from their system as per the data protection act and no further contact from them ever,

Good morning, we will ask Trust Pilot to remove your detail from their automatic email review requests, this is not a request driven by GB eye. With regards to your name, due to GDPR regulations we do not use surnames in reviews. With regards to the initial picking error we recognised and resolved the situation quickly sending the replacement out free of charge. Our request with Trust Pilot was to review language used towards our distribution and customer services staff which we deemed out of proportion to the human error of picking the incorrect poster. We are happy for customers to read the full communication and see we dealt with the situation professionally and quickly.
